Excellent Service, were a good 90 minutes from Ballard. Worth the trip when we have to go in for service. The parts department is great too. Easy to get OEM parts shipped right to us in a day when were doing the work ourselves.

Excellent service. Scott and the other service advisor were very kind and friendly when it came down to an issue with my brand new anthem. Not from the area. Was in the middle of my 2 week run when I stopped in. Pulled my truck in right away and started plugging away to resolve my issue. Their technician did a fantastic job at finding the cause to my problem of a severe cab sag/lean i had. Very professional service. Was kept in the loop all day long as to the steps that were being taken as well as the findings. Fixed the issue promptly and without fuss. YOU FELLAS HAVE A GREAT TEAM!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! Needed a rotor for a truck. Paid for it upfront, since it was a transfer to this store from the Worcester branch. Somehow, they didnt realize it was for transfer and now Im stuck waiting on parts for a truck that needed to leave the morning the parts WILL BE ARRIVING. And all I got was a shoulder shrug and sorry? No attempt at making anything right about the situation?? Never again. If I could give 0 stars I would.... Find a better spot for parts or just use Rock Auto, they have excellent customer service!!

Takes entirely to long to get a truck repaired. Also there very deceptive on letting you know when your vehicle will be ready. A little honesty would be an improvement.

Took 7hrs of labor to replace and calibrate steering shaft road. After replacing it didnt fix free play of the steering wheel I asked them to fix so the just replaced good part for newer one charged thousand more. All its needed just adjust bolt on steer box. In another time they installed defective clutch brake solenoid that leaks all the air had to bring it back and fix for more labor there hundred more. Mechanics are unprofessional

Broke down near there wasnt a choice in where to go. People were fairly friendly. Slow service. Took 4 hours to rent a truck

There is one older mechanic who has zero personality and antisocial when asking about what the problem is with your truck. Besides him the rest are great to deal with.
