Two recent interactions with this company. Early this morning someone claiming to be Tim from corporate headquarters (without naming the company) called and asked for my birth date. When I asked who he was representing and why he needed my birth date, he screamed into the phone call Lincare and hung up.Last week, someone from Lincare called and said he had received a referral from my doctor to manage my medications. I knew of no such referral and asked for further information. This gentleman then yelled that I will do exactly what he tells me to do or I would not receive services from Lincare. Naturally, I refused his offer.These people are no more than gangsters. Stay away!
I was calling to see if there wasn’t someone coming to drop off oxygen tanks for my grandmother and while on the phone with them they hung up on me
Worst company ever!! I am a Social Worker in a nursing home. I ordered home oxygen for a patient on Friday. I called Monday morning to follow-up and was told that they did not have any of the paperwork completed. I said no paperwork was provided to be completed. I faxed what they had requested. I have called 4-5 times since to follow-up; each time I am told I will receive a call back but I never do. I explain that I sent a patient home WITH OUR PORTABLE OXYGEN TANK, which would eventually run out of oxygen. The staff do not seem to be concerned whatsoever about the patient and this life or death situation. Their response is the patient should have never been discharged home and he will just have to return to your facility. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!!
Im mystified by the poor reviews? I have found this companys regional office in West Springfield, Massachusetts to be extremely competent, kind, fun and helpful. Prior to discharge from the hospital, I was visited in my hospital room by OV, their sales representative. He brought one tank for my ride home and set up delivery of oxygen and supplies for the day I arrived back home to recover from lung surgery. Subsequent to that, the office staff here have made accurate and timely recommendations on how many tanks per week I have needed and walked me through all my options. I particularly like the fact that I can adjust orders as needed, have had no issues and a big virtual hug to Melissa and her collegeues for their help all along my road to recovery. They currently have a team with decades of experience and have even offered assistance in setting up services at another location in one of their Maryland offices for when I hope to travel. I cant speak for others, but my practice in life has been that I treat others as I wish to be treated and this staff have been spot on setting me up with this life saving equipment. This place was a nightmare, trying to receive my nebulizer machine. I was left for four days unable to breathe while they processed and reprocessed my prescription. I had the medication from the harmacy for four days before I was helped!!!! Worst company ever!

I’ve been around the block a few times and I’ve never seen a entire industry specializing in the worst possible customer service. I don’t know what it is but all likewise companies in the greater Springfield, MA area (relating to breathing apparatus) offer nothing but extremely poor service. I’m sorry I can’t offer you a solution to this problem. My next action will be to turn to Medicare to voice my opinion.
This place is awful!! If I could give it zero stars I would. My sister is on oxygen and needs it 24/7 they never show up half the time to fill her oxygen tanks, the people on the phone are so rude and do not understand that she needs her oxygen to survive. They do not care about their patients and my sister has been going to them for 25 years if we could find another place near us with liquid oxygen we would. This place needs to be shut down.
Wish I could leave zero stars. Just ignore that 1 star above. Google makes you put at least 1 star. Absolute worst customer service ever! They dont return calls (if you can ever talk to a person that is), they never show up when they say they will. Been trying to return equipment since my dad died on Feb 12, 2019. They never show up for it. Had to resort to taping a note to their front door telling them I will leave it in their parking lot if they dont pick it up soon.(See pic) Tried emailing and got an assinine response because I am not an approved email sender. (see pic) But they were quite happy to bill my parents insurance though. Manager at this location should be fired. The only way to deal with them is to be as rude to them as they are to you. It seems to work.
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!.... Attitude and service!.. over three weeks trying to order CPAP supplies for my 89 y.o. mother.... Never processed the orders. Never call back. Never follow through. Dr. office complete and fax orders and it just sits on their desk. Will NEVER used them!... Have to find another supplier!... I am disgusted with their service.
This place should be shut down!! Theyre always days even a week behind on my orders everything which limits me to go anywhere long or far or for exercise. This company doesnt take their customers seriously by needing their oxygen. They told me I could go down there and pick up my order. I couldnt believe it! They dont understand its not that easy. Its not the customers fault they cant keep there help. They should treat their workers better . And the manager or who works in the office if you can ever get through.....he sighs all the time making it seem your bothering him. Nothing ever gets donep. Im looking elsewhere. Any other place is better than lincare. Would not recommend!
Wish there was an option for zero stars. This place should be shut down. They do not care about patients. I am disgusted with this company and feel they should be held accountable for the pain and suffering they have caused. The take advantage of patients who may not know any better. I cant even continue this review. If you or a family member are in need of oxygen, BiPap, Cpap, or any other medical supplies this place provides, do yourself a favor and somewhere else.
Kept calling me to reorder supplies that I didn’t need. When I asked if it was covered they had no idea. Ended up causing me about 1500 dollars out off pocket, because they overcharged me ( in my opinion) and then said my yearly payouts were up. I needed to pay the balance.
This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. The customer service stinks, the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing nor does it care and they are billing you for a product that they never delivered to you. This company should absolutely be investigated and shutdown.
If the option of giving zero stars to post a review was available, then I would choose a zero. Getting a representative in the LOCAL office was next to impossible. Messages left requesting a call back were never returned.Orders that were placed and never sent. Supplies that were ordered and never sent. These people have no sense of urgency. No desire to proactively solve problems or solve customer service issues. Commitments from the site manager to address issues and place follow up calls with solutions were never kept. It isnt like the product that is being delivered is a luxury item, it is a necessity...like a matter of life and death for an oxygen dependent person. My advice to a perspective customer is to choose another provider for this service.

Carmela Hodgdon is the Healthcare Specialists and is far more versed in CPAP equipment and your needs then any doctor. Because of her alone I would recommend Lincare
All I need are CPAP supplies. I have a machine, and used my same supplies for quite a while. Ive waited MONTHS. Yes, MONTHS to hear back. I call, no one calls back. I only need supplies. I work in healthcare, even send patients there for nebulizer supplies and machines, but I will avoid at all costs, when possible, and will refer our patients elsewhere whenevr I can.Terrible, terrible service. Use any other company but Lincare for your oxygen, nebulizer or cpap supplies.
Ignore the first star, I rate this business 0 stars, this company is a very irresponsible, and has extremely terrible customer service. They ask people when oxygen tanks can not be delivered, to pick up the oxygen tanks at the office when it is the companys responsibility to deliver the Oxygen tanks.
Ive phoned three times and gotten an answering service somewhere in the South each time. Ive left comprehensive messages with my name, phone number, the patients name, his oxygen requirements, and asked for delivery confirmation. No one has called me back. Lincare appears to have extremely poor management, and definitely fails to communicate appropriately, especially given the urgent medical nature of the supplies they deliver.Update: I spent three days last week trying to schedule an oxygen delivery. Even though I informed Lincare that the patient’s oxygen concentrator was dysfunctional, and he only had one canister left, and the regulator for the canisters was faulty, it took numerous phone calls over three days before the supplies were finally delivered. Add to that, the last three oxymisers we received had broken membranes.I’m sending a complaint to the Massachusetts AG’s office before Lincare kills someone.
Just got off the phone with Erica I have never been treated so poorly she raised her voice at me zero customer service skills.
I have been with LINCARE for several years, believe me not by choice, I don’t understand how a company like this can stay in business they RARELY answer phones, or return calls, usually another office picks up or you get a so called answering service that Claims they forward your messages,like I said this company LINCARE should be investegated on how they treat there customers, they need to step up to the plate and at least speak to customers.
I have NEVER dealt with such inefficiency from a Medical Supply Co. Corporate needs to do a staff evaluation. The incompetency is frightening.
I am a healthcare provider and have had endless difficulties with this company. They should be investigated. Given the number of times that I have heard from patients who have not received their walkers or other DME... I plan to report this company to MassHealth and Medicaid overseers.
They never have anything in stock plus rude and never get your items. Find another company.
When you call the phone number it says it was disconnected, and when you do finally get through with the same number you have to leave a message and they never call back..we had trouble with a wheelchair and they came to the house to look at it and said he would have to bring a new one next week. He said it was an 18 inch chair and I told him it was a 20 so when he brought out the new chair it was an 18 inch seat and was to small. .had to go back to get the 20 inch chair..I will NEVER use this company again... VERY RUDE PEOPLE
They are very inefficient in filling scripts. Also takes 10 minutes before they answer the phone

Dont awnser the phone half the time. The other half, they dont delivery the oxygen tanks when theyre suppose to. Thursday delivery never came, Friday never came and now Monday and nothing. Horrible service
The Park Ave location sent me to this location for a brace but this location doesnt have medical supplies either. Rude employees.
