Super friendly place, great selection. The gentleman that helped me (feel so bad I forgot his name) was so nice and did a great job going through my options with me for swim diapers for my son. I appreciated how he answered my questions and was so personable. The swim diapers worked great and my son enjoyed his first official dip in the pool! Great shop, great service.

I did an online preorder with Boop Baby for some Jujube accessories. Once my order arrived I was missing one item. I emailed Boop Baby and they made it right. I was contacted and informed of the oversight and that the missing item will be shipping out. On the day I received my missing item, they reached out to me again apologizing for the situation. Great customer service all around!

The owners and manager of the store are absolutely amazing! So friendly and personable, with great customer care! It is easy to see that they want the very best for their customers. They were super helpful and fun to visit with. Its neat to see that they want to get to know their customers. They are very knowledgeable about all the products that they carry. Wouldnt accept a return for my wool items that I bought. Completely unworn, way too small for my child. I was told they would fit bigger sizes. There goes $65. I would not shop here again. I wouldnt have purchased if I had been told they wouldnt accept a return or exchange for the items. I called 2 days after purchase, with no willingness from them to help. Very disappointed. Nothing on the receipt says no returns either.

I always prefer to shop locally, so I am thrilled the SLC area has Boop Baby! I love that Boop Baby carries a few options for organic cotton cloth diapers as that’s all I use. I also love that you can buy online and pick up OR have it shipped for free for orders over $15 (and really, it’s hard not to spend at least $15 when everything is so cute). Very friendly, knowledgeable employees. As a side note, I was DELIGHTED to see an employee at work with her little boy. I love when businesses support mothers; that alone is enough to bring me back. I love this store! We walked in knowing virtually nothing about cloth diapers. They took the time to explain each kind to us, how they work, and which brands they recommend. They opened one of each kind and let us look at them and answered every question we had. They have a pretty large selection to choose from. We dont go anywhere else for our cloth diapers.

I love this shop! This shop is very clean, organized and has a huge selection of cloth diapers and baby carriers. The associates are very knowledgeable about the cloth diapers and carriers they sell. They are more then willing to help determine which diapers will work best for your baby. They also can help you try on carriers and help you find a carrier that you like. You never feel rushed, or that the associate is just trying to sell you something. Very honest and caring people. Cant say enough good things about this place!

Love going here! Traded in all my maternity clothes and got a baby carrier with the store credit for the clothes. We love getting our replay dishes and other things here. We got our Keenz wagon/stroller from here. It was so nice to be able to see it in person rather than just ordering it online.

I searched for a very long time for a specific baby carrier that was very difficult to find, but I happened to chance upon a post online from Boop Baby and they had the carrier I wanted in stock. I ordered it later that evening and my package was shipped the very next morning. I appreciated the free expedited shipping because the item was over certain dollar amount; the item quickly arrived only a few short days later and everything was exactly as I wanted and as expected. My carrier was brand new in the package and in perfect condition...they even included a free gift with my purchase. I also requested an item that they did not currently have in stock and she quickly ordered it for me and its already arrived at their store waiting to be ordered. I will definitely be ordering from them again as their prices are very fair and competitive, they have a great selection of inventory including hard-to-find items, their customer service and communication was and is fantastic, and I would highly recommend buying from them. Went to BoopBaby for a baby carrier, because of their selection and ability to try them on before buying. I was helped by the friendly staff to try all of them on with my baby to find the right fit and what would be functional for me. They started with the least expensive first, which is appreciated. I ended up loving the most expensive one (of course;) and planned to buy it online for cheaper, but the store price was the same as online. Felt great about making a well-educated purchase and not getting charged more for buying in-store (no mark-ups). I check here first for buying new/speciality baby items. I found it worth the drive coming from Rosepark/north of downtown.

Boop is a small, sweet local store with super friendly staff. Though it’s a pleasant place to be, I didn’t love how expensive the diapers were... unfortunately amazon offers diapers at half the price, which is hard to turn down (as much as I try to buy locally).Last criticism- I went to this store hoping to learn the basics of cloth diapering, as I was feeling pretty overwhelmed as a new mom. Unfortunately the customer service was not very good at educating, and used all of this diaper language i’d never heard of, expecting me to know and understand much more than I did. I left feeling more overwhelmed and even frustrated despite their overall kindness and enthusiasm.In sum- if you’ve already learned the ropes of diapering this place is fantastic with great options, even cheaper used diapers, with a decent good range of supplies. If you are a newby, YouTube’s got your back.
