Service was good for the most part.They were having issues at the register for some reason it took awhile to get checked out and bagged.

Ok. The customer service here is incredible. I was looking for those iron rod key chains. I needed 17 of them. They only had so many but looked up where I could find more. They said their location in sugar house has more that would complete the count I needed and because I didn’t want to drive out there, they were able to have them transferred to this location and took down my number to call me when it’s ready for pickup.Awesome service. Place is clean and prices are decent. 😊

I am from out of town and sadly, got here right before they closed... I received INCREDIBLE service!!! They never rushed us in the slightest, our cashier in the distribution center was insanely knowledgeable and was running around and to the back looking for our sizes and she even finished our sentences!! :) Then the woman letting us out (because by now the doors had to be locked) was so sweet and repeated to us that were okay and have a wonderful night!!! They were just ALL absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! Thank you!!!!

This chain of stores is specializes in faith based books, art, movies and games. They also have a fun section with historically themed housewares and treats. It is definitely the go to store for your Christmas nativity displays. They keep it fresh and exciting to return.

Great atmosphere.

I went yesterday with my family at this store. Because I bought every year a nativity scene for my house. Every employee was really nice and courteous, except one. His name is Brett, he was really rude when I asked to him for a nativity, nevertheless, I didnt care about this detail. But when my brother and I went to pay. This employee was really descourtous with us. We wanted to check that it was not broken (the nativity). He was mad and opened the boxes badly, broke the foam that protects them, by his attitude. I never felt so bad shopping a store as on this occasion honestly. I do not want to think that because Im Hispanic, he treat me that way, not only me my brothers too. I want to emphasize, that every year we bought nativity in this store, for us and as a gift for our families and a lot of money we invest happily because we love them.

I love going to Deseret book. They specialize in LDS books, music and movies. They also have pioneer decor and some food products including my favorite Lion house frozen rolls. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking.

I enjoy my trips to Deseret Book, is a great place to get anything for missionaries. It has family friendly games and books. Also a great place to buy most any paintings of Jesus Christ.

Great environment. Though I think my kids where too noisy for the place. I could tell the cashier was getting nervous about them. So if you have really active kids like mine dont plan to stay too long.

It was ok not the best

Ive been helped in two different occasions by the same person. Yesterday night that we visited the store, Cindy helped us again. Shes very helpful, she didnt just give up when the picture we were looking for wasnt on display, she looked and looked until my husband and I at the same time said thats the one. Our experience was beautiful. Thank you Cindy.

Although we werent able to find the movie we were looking for, the staff was quick to put it on a special order for us and even offered to drive to another store to get it for us if they needed toI couldnt help but cry too when I was looking at the new Kate Lee artworks. Store was full of overzealous sales associates that wouldnt leave me alone. Displays were tall and blocking almost every path through the store and had precariously balanced items on the tops of them so walking through felt like a bull in a China shop. The store had a fragrance that was so overpowering I had to leave. Also you spelled my name wrong!
