This place is always so comfortable, and they have ample parking. The coffee never disappoints, either.

Fresh and super hot coffee unlike anywhere else. Very clean place, friendly staff. Music little bit loud inside, hard to make a phone call or have a conversation.I love this location and highly recommended.

My favorite coffee shop while in Utah, there hot and frozen mocha are my favorite but they have many more oprions as well as a good selection of breakfast items. If you like coffe shops this is a step above Starbucks only wish they had them in Arizona but they do have a lot of locations in Salt Lake area.

One of my favorite locations. Good atmosphere, good coffee, good treats, and great staff! We had an issue where they ordered me three drinks when inonkybordered one and they fixed it and refunded me the extra cost immediately.

I always visit Beans and Brews when Im in town. Ive been getting their iced mocha since 1993, sooo yummy and great service!

We came in and ordered 3 way different coffees. I even was able to get a Mr B for a very tired grand kid. Lol thanks ladies you did fabulous.

Good luck getting what you ask for. Or for the girls to stop playing with their hair right before they make your coffee/ food. This use to be my favorite place. Its sad to see how down hill Its gone

This used to be a great place with great customer service. Not anymore the lady with red hair is rude and you get overcharged if she is in a bad mood. I have been coming here for years never had so much attitude and bad service in the last few weeks service has gone down hill.

They were busy and I dont usually go to this location but service was good and the girl who made my Mr Bs hooked it up with the whipped cream 🍦

Coffee was great! Employees were so interested in something in the back room they couldnt even wait for us to leave before they got back to what ever they were doing, I could have taken what ever I wanted to and they wouldnt have even known.

My order came out quick and correctly made, which most coffee shops cant always do. If youre looking for a good drink here, the Frozen Mr. Bs is my personal favourite. This shop is well set up and has a cozy atmosphere. The prices are good in comparison to their competitors as well.

First time having Beans and Brews. Clean and smells good. Service was warm, friendly, informative, and was willing to do extra for me. They were not annoyed when I asked to change my order. Then, the coffee came ... it was sooo good.😋 perfect temperature. My only gripe was the chocolate muffin was stale. Other then that, it was a sweet experience. Im coming back.👍🏽👍🏽

I love me some perfectly brewed on the go coffee. Hot or iced. And I love that they have some clean comfy chairs and free WiFi so you can chillax and catch up on email or a quick show before heading out. They also have some other beverages and small food options. For a bite to eat. As well as some select cutesey branded merch and teas. Always better option than gas station coffee or Starbucks.

The staff was very personable and friendly! They definitely seem to take pride in their work and it shows! The place was clean and orderly. The drink and sandwich I ordered were delicious as well!!

My ALL TIME FAVORITE COFFEE TEA PLACE. The staff is always wonderful and the hot and iced tea options are on point. The iced ginger peach tea is so good and refreshing. The hibiscus iced is always a good choice too.

My kids insist we go to this location because of Jordan and Michael. They are so friendly. They recognize us and treat my kids like friends. This means a lot to us, especially since I have one daughter that has social anxiety and is really shy.

The people at the location are fantastic! Fast and accurate. They always get my order correct (the one time they didnt they gave me the messed up one free).

The cashier had an attitude and was condescending. The one filling the drink was nice went and above and beyond. But it seems that beans and brews consolidates tips. So any tip I would have given him, she would have unfortunately gotten a part of it. Beans and brews, please help your employees listen and not have an attitude. To make matters worse, after I posted this initially, another worker harangued me. Needles to say it is not a place to recommend.

Staff was very friendly, and my frozen moca was made perfectly. Coffee shop is in a busy strip mall, and parking isnt the easiest, but you are in and out pretty quickly, unless you want to sit on one of the comfy chairs, and drink your coffee.I love this location! The baristas are always friendly, make my drinks perfectly, & the love to spoil my pup when I take her with me!

TLDR: If you like real coffee, go elsewhere.Maybe the frappes and such are good, but my girlfriend got a latte, and it was so bad, she couldnt drink it. I dont drink coffee, but even I could tell it was bad. Tasted burnt, no flavor.

Great coffee house. Really like their iced Chia and Cafe Mocha coffee. The atmosphere is that of a typical coffee shop. Prices are similar to other coffee houses as well. But I prefer these guys Cafe Mocha over others.

It was pretty good. Very fast friendly service. Too expensive but that seems to be a trend of all coffee places these days... The seating/lounging area is pretty nice too.

Coffees really good, nice environment and the employees are really nice to everyone! Dont know why people complain about the prices, sure its like a dollar or more compare to Starbucks; but come on, youre the adult with the money, you choose where you wanna buy your stuff. You should never rate the stores prices, its all about the customer service and they perfected here.

We love going to beans and brews we love the people who work there and there always very friendly and helpful to everyone that needs help with anything they are always welcoming people in there store and they always have good things to buy and things to eat and they have yummy treats and smoothies and its always clean and looks great.

Friendly staff! But they kind of wander around like they dont know what theyre doing and the drinks are not made like they are at the other locations. Not sure if theyre new and just needs some training but they are very friendly staff.

They have a variety of hot or cold coffee drunks. The staff is friendly. The times Ive been there they are always clean. They usually have a place to sit by yourself so you can read or work on your computer, or they have seating and areas where you can sit and socialize.

The coffee is decent but the noise in there is absolutely unbearable. The owners switched to new espresso machines and they sound like jet engines going off. You cant hear your friend across the table talk.

The drinks are very good but I recently found a small ball of hair in the whipped cream of my frozen Mr. B. I took it back and they refunded and replaced it. I will continue to buy coffe from them, but I will always be a little nervous about gettingthe whipped cream.

Tried them for the first time yesterday. Ordered DRY small cappuccino and was handed a large sloshy glass of undrinkable brown water with no flavor. Just disgusting. Teach your baristas to make cappuccino. Meanwhile Ill go elsewhere.
