Ice cream is good but the service is horrible! Every single time I’ve gone here (different days) literally like once or twice every 2-3 weeks and the employees always seem to make rude faces and act totally rude, it’s not the customers fault you are having a bad day! I’d prefer cold stone in Murray! I’ve always been greeted and they’re friendly there! They actually SMILE!

Baskin Robbins is so fun and the new ice cream Creature Creations are adorable and delicious. They have a sea turtle, shark and dolphin that they are featuring now. So fun. Also, the staff is always friendly and the service is fast no matter how big the crowd is.

On Saturday November 6, 2021 we arrived at exactly 10:58 PM. The second we got out of the car the employees locked the doors and turned off the lights to avoid serving us. Very displeased with the fact they would so shamelessly avoid helping three more customers before closing.

Store was clean but it had been a long time since I went there and was shocked at how much it was for pretty basic ice cream cones. It was good but not for the price I paid. Almost $25 for 2 small, single scoop cones and 2 double scoop, waffle cones. Overall friendly and fast service.

A lovely experience with the staff. Perfectly made custom strawberry daiquiri. I would suggest it to anyone if the person working knows it.

I was so exciting to get the cake with pic of my son on the cake. (I made sure the lady got the pic I’ve sent the day before). When my husband brought the cake home I open it it’s nothing on it, just a layer of whipped on it with the text. I was so mad and its way too late to do anything now. So so disappointed Baskin-Robbins .

This is my favorite Baskin Robbins store. I have a lot of great memories here. The ice cream is always amazing and although they are often busy, the employees are always nice.

Stopped in for an after dinner treat, they were a little busy but not terribly. I was skipped over to place my order twice by families that came in after me. They need to have a way to get the order of their customers correct. The ice cream was good and the price wasnt bad.

I went in intending to buy an ice cream cake. I was shocked to see that a 3x3x3 cake is $14. At that price I decided I could find a better dessert elsewhere.That being said, the employees greeted me when I came in and our very limited interactions were positive.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed ice cream in a special waffle cone, it was yummy but paying more than $8.00 when using a buy 1 get 1 free coupon for ice cream cones is way to much.We went in to get an ice cream cake for my dads birthday but decided the cost was just to much, $27.99 - $45.99 for a cake that would maybe give everyone a serving equal to a petit four. Maybe if it was his favorite cake and fresh, not out of a freezer.The ice cream is always wonderful but it is best just to get it plain in a cup.

Ice cream is ice cream. But if they had some adult leadership it would probably be a better experience. Every time we have gone its three or four teenage kids behind the counter who have little to know focus on quality. Maybe there is an adult in the back but I have never seen one.

I have been going here since I was a kid. The traffic hasnt seem to slow down. It is busy every time I go there. It has the best variety!! The service is pretty good for being all teens.

Dont order a custom cake from here!!! Such a scam 42$ and very poorly made! It was super uneven, the decorations were messed up! I could have probably done a better job and I am a total amateur.I will upload the pictures of my little brothers Cars cake.

You cant really screw up ice cream.. So the product was fine. But they almost had as many employees, as customers. Which is probably why its so extensive, and we were there for almost a half hour for a quick stop on the way home. Plus I had repeat my order to 3 different people. You know? Because scooping ice cream is group job.

The kids serving us were really nice. However it seemed like they needed a bit more training. It didnt seem like they knew in what order to serve and not paying attention to who was next. I asked for chocolate chip ice cream and the boy there gave me MINT chocolate chip. He didnt wear gloves and he was touching my cone when he gave it to me and i never saw him wash his hands... Im giving 3 stars because they were busy and they gave good customer service.

The kids that work there are all great, they’re very friendly and fast! They also keep the place super clean but I do have a problem with the manager as she isn’t quite professional. I’ve been here a couple times and I’ve seen her talking on the phone making waffle cones or making drinks for herself and she swears all the time, in front of customers and her workers!! Quite unbelievable for a manager and I’ve also found out that the kids don’t even get breaks either. it’s highly illegal and I will be reporting this to OSHA. Most of the time I walk in, I can see how exhausted the workers are but they always manage to keep a friendly attitude!

Love ice cream and they have good ice cream. Always busy so plan on waiting. They were training someone new so my ice cream scoops were all over the place cant falling. They were happy to get me a cup.

Went into Baskin Robbins today and had horrible customer experience. The portions were smaller than usual and the employee was very rude about it when I told her and she said it was the correct portion. Then the manager came over and and said they were correct that they could weight it and then she did and exactly like I said the portions were smaller then they should of been. It was just horrible customer experience .

Great spot. Havent had baskin Robbins in year. New to utah and was excited to visit to eat there. Great staff fast friendly. But I thought took a sec or two to long to recognize costumer walking in. Clean and fresh smelling in side. Reasonably priced. Great flavor selection

Went to baskin Robbins today at 5:30 pm. There was some new employees working and being trained by another fellow employee, while the manager was just making cakes/ standing around. This had happened several times now. In my opinion I feel the manager should be the one training the new employees. Like I said I’ve been here other times where I have seen the manager making cakes on a extremely busy night(s). They should at least give the other employees an opportunity to be mangers. Kudos to the hard working employees..

The T-Mobile Tuesday special that provides $2 off Baskin Robbins brings the prices back to where they were in the 90s! This Baskin Robbins has a bathroom :-) surprise! Most of the ones Ive visited dont. Also the Hallmark of this location is the friendly staff and their can do attitude. I give it 5 stars and a hearty thumbs up.

I love their fast service and friendly employees, however their scoops of ice cream are on the smaller size for prices paid compared to other ice cream shops. I do have have my favorites, nutty coconut and pistachio are the real reasons i go back.

The ice cream has always been great. Unfortunately, the place is usually a mess. The service is fine, but it doesnt seem like the employees like their jobs.I dont recommend eating inside, unless you want to stick to the seats.

I told the girl it was gross that she was helping customers cash out and making waffles at the same time with the same dirty hands, she said she doesnt touch them, I had to remind her that she touches them to pick them up and sort them, she cleaned the counters with a dirty rag and continued making waffles. She didnt care.

Not in the best location. Small lobby, but about the saize youd expect from an ice cream shop. Comfortable chairs. Clean and fresh interior. Limited parking. Friendly waitstaff.

Gotta love 32 flavors but good luck picking one you will always wish you got something different but the green and pink one with pop rocks is really good for kids my daughter loves it this place is always really clean the lobby is really small and the biggest table only seats four so if you are going with a big party keep that in mind but it is well worth it if you have picky family members since there is plenty of flavors to choose from

Employees are cool and icecream is good made and served fast you can tell there is alot of effort put there but the manager always in the back just eating all the time Ive never seen her work she just sits and eat meanwhile these kids dont even get breaks or lunches which is super illegal. Came in with a coupon on Facebook and they wouldnt take it because it wasnt printed. Nowhere in the terms and conditions of the coupon does it state the coupon should be printed.Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The place was understaffed and somewhat dirty feeling. On the plus side, there were several flavors to choose from. I doubt Ill ever go back though. Crowded, stressed staff, small store, and you cant make a left hand turn to get in because of the median.

This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a Baskin Robbins. I used to love BR but this place has seriously gone down hill. There were 5 teenage girls working there. None of them had gloves on. They were all touching the cookies and ice cream with their bare hands. They never washed their hands in between customers. The girl in front of me requested that the girl helping her put some gloves on. She put the gloves on for like 2 minutes and then took them off and continued making her food. The entire place was a mess. All tables had melted ice cream on them. There was a line of customers but 5 girls there, 3 working up front and 2 sitting in the back texting and eating ice cream. Someone should have cleaned up the tables and floors. They were pretty gross. It looked like none of them had showered for days. Those girls need to learn about hygiene!! Put some gloves on, wash your hair, be presentable! So gross!

Favorite place to get ice cream because its quick and simple plus you can sample all the flavors if you want haha

Every time Ive come here my order has been corrected​ and the staff are friendly. It does get a little crowded at times due to being between 2 schools. I have 4 stars due to the lack of more FF yogurt choices...they just have vanilla. The cakes are pricey and prices have changed but I figure cost of employees and rent are a factor.

Came here and kinda wish I didn’t, I asked for my flavors for my bowl and said it clearly so she could hear me and even pointed, and I was given two flavors I didn’t ask for. And then got an attitude when I corrected it. And I even apologized, and sorry about the confusion and still had the attitude and said “Just be clear next time” disappointed at my first visit at this location.

My cake writing I bought clearly said 21.99 and they mustve had bad hand writing that day cause you can clearly see it when I got to check out she said 45.. I was like the cake says 21? She gave me attitude and said uhhh no. So I said is the writing 10 bucks or something?? And she didnt even really talk just kept looking torwards her coworker. Sorry if you had a bad day but dont take it out on your customers little girl. Ive always gone to these kinds of stores and never have been treated so rudely. Ill never return to this location.
