Elliot is a nice guy and they did a decent job on my windows. We experienced multiple problems with our installation, tho. He rescheduled our install a couple of times. I was trying to be understanding since he had a family emergency. He then bought window wells that were way too big for our windows. We wanted to return them since they were so big, but he wanted to charge us a lot to return them. We were then going to have him fix the side of some upstairs window. He kept promising to come over, but after about a month of broken promises he decided to just stop responding.

Great great guy!
