Fast service, replacement of clasp on my chain. Im not sure about the price. Felt it was expensive but I was in and out in under 20 minutes no complaints in that area.

This jewelry store is hit or miss. Some days, the people there are WAY nice. Other times, they dont want to give me the time of day🤷‍♀️ And I have bought from this store in the past. Not recently, but I did buy a couple of jadeite bangles here. They were pretty decent quality at a decent price. I do remember one of the days I went in, I had a xiu jade bangle on. And the guy said--that is fake, its not real. I collect jade bangles, I also sell them occasionally. I knew it wasnt jadeite, but technically serpentine. I wear jade bangles for medicinal purposes so sometimes a Xiu jade bangle is necessary for what I am treating myself for. Either way... what Im saying by posting about this incident: It really depends who is working. Some of the people here are super nice. So what I would tell someone who didnt have a great customer service experience-- I would tell them to go back on a different day at a different time. They have some beautiful jewelry at really good prices that can be found here and its definitely worth it to try again in hopes that another person who is a little nicer will be there to help you😊

This company is very unprofessional I went there after work to take some earrings that had a broken off post I needed repaired but once I was in and they saw me African-American male come in the store they didn’t want to help me at all gave me excuses on why I couldn’t get any help with the excuse of saying the person that fixes the jewelry will be out of the store for a few days I will never go to that store again.

I go every month to send money to my in-laws. Cindy is the best. Other places are nice too, but Cindy keeps my information on computer and not having to fill out a paper receipt each time is super great and I dont worry about my money going to the wrong person.

I snapped my fiances ring in half, we were was devastated. They did an amazing job fixing it, couldnt be more satisfied :) thank you

Awesome place. Got my chain repaired in 5 minutes for cheap.
