I love going into the West Valley location. I have found that (Cain) C.J. is the most helpful salesperson I have encountered. He is extremely knowledgeable about the different supplements. He has helped me find products that have enhanced my health and wellness. C.J. also has excellent customer service skills with everyone who comes through the door. He greets, lets people look around for a minute, then offers to help if needed. I have another GNC nearby where I live, but I will drive to this location to buy my products because of his helpfulness.

Employee w the tats on his face is rude. Basically talked me out of buying anything. He seemed annoyed to have customers only interested in his phone and asking me to help him out by buying a pro membership after telling me all the products sold there werent worth my money. I went to a different location that was very helpful that Ill give a positive review to but the face tat guy was scary and unprofessional. Wouldnt wear a mask either and admits he isnt vaccinated!

Several weeks ago I went to this location to purchase some weight loss aids. Im fairly heavy and starting to go to the gym to better my health but wanted some supplements to help out. There was no one in the store except for a heavily tattooed guy that I could tell worked out. While I was waiting for an employee to come out of the back I asked the guy if hed ever used anything from GNC that helped his workout routine. He replied with no man I just work here.He was not helpful. He made several comments about how a pill wasnt going to fix me and that I needed to hit the gym. I told him I was starting to get my health under control but he looked me up and down and blew me off. He walked behind the counter and started playing on his phone. I left feeling humiliated.

I was helped by Asim he greeted me and he helped me get what I wanted.He took me to the exact thing I was looking for, and also made me felt welcome the entire time.Great customer service! I definitely will be back!

While I always look forward the good in sales associates, this particular store employs a young man that encouraged me not to shop in the store due to his lack of integrity and unwillingness to help those he serves.I’d recommend anyone having similar experiences to connect with his manager. Unfriendly, rude, and non-empathetic

This man asim is really nice helped me out with proteins to bulk up and gain muscle, he really did me justice and go me the buy 2 get one free good deal.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I got signed up for something I did NOT want. I been charged three times already for product I have not even have gotten. I called the store and the person who answered said I wasn’t signed up for the auto delivery. Even tho I still Keep getting charged! This is just wrong, and just pure fraudulent!!

Have gone there multiple times during business hours and the store is not open. This has happened numerous times over the last year. Employees need to be fired the manager needs a new line of work and all the customers who sell their products there should be outraged. This is very bad business the company as a whole should just go out of business

I look online and the store hours say they are open on Tuesdays at 3:30. I come to the store and nobody is here and the door is locked? Could you at least leave a sign or reason why? Sad.
