Bringard mill is the go to for custom. I needed some new trim to match an old house....boom....they made me look good.But they also supply the old classics too. Definitely give them a call for great products and superb service.

I have been purchasing mouldings, stair parts, hand rails & balusters from Bringard Millworks for well over 20 years. They have always been my favorite mill. Products are available in more species of wood than any other mill Ive called. Everything Ive purchased has been sanded and is ready to go into the finishing booth. This is definitely something that most other mills do not provide. I love the front desk employees and those that prepare the mouldings and lumber items to be picked up cannot be beat. Bringard Millworks will be my source for Mouldings, Handrails and all other trims.

Bringard is the best at what they do! Here is a example, I bought cm41 in 2000 for one of our jobs, same customer in 2019 added some more cabinets, therefor I needed more of their CM41 it was the exact dimension like i had purchased back in 2000. Great work Bringard

I needed baseboard trim to match old trim...just a few pieces. Desk staff took time to get me the best match and offered to trim it for me.

I also had a very poor experience with this company. I agree with others who have commented on here that their customer service is lacking. I ordered railing parts from them to have a new railing installed. Along the way, as remodels go, we ran into bumps and I needed a bigger shoe plate in order to solve a tiling mistake. I was told that I could not exchange my walnut shoe plate for a new one because it is custom made, I accepted that... makes sense to me, so I purchased another shoe plate.I am not sure how the next part happened, but somehow along the ordering process the balusters got mixed up. I ended up getting too many of one and not enough of another for my planned pattern. The pattern that I never changed, as I was directly copying a friends pattern for balusters. So two things happened: I also have a scroll in my pattern which I ordered custom (they didn’t have that particular one in their magazine) so I understand why that one couldn’t be exchanged. However, when my husband went back to see if he could exchange the nine WRONG balusters for the correct balusters he was told it was a custom rail by probably the same manager or owner that many have commented about in these reviews. A custom baluster that comes from their own magazine, that they won’t return OR exchange.. so the customer is just expected to “eat” that expense. So at this point between my walnut shoe plate and nine extra balusters I purchased from this company.. I can almost have a second railing. I felt that the exchange policy for the balusters seemed odd, so I called up one of the competitor companies in the valley. Come to find out: an exchange for one of their own products is not a big deal, and they definitely do that.Lesson learned: READ reviews before choosing a company, some do not treat customers well, and take advantage when they can.Nonetheless, my railing did turn out beautiful, BUT I had an outside installer put it, I can only imagine what could have happened if I continued my business here.

I had a bad experience at this company. They are supposedly open to the general public, but dont treat the general public like theyre actually welcome. If you dont know exactly what you want, they seem to have no time for you, and expect you to just walk in and out and spend a lot of money. Their customer service is lacking. I recommend Trimco or Granite Mill, or pretty much any other mill.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! This place has the WORST customer service. I needed some under-cabinet trim, and wasnt sure exactly what I wanted, but needed to see the available products. I was told VERY RUDELY, I cant spend two hours helping you when I had looked at samples and made calculations for what I needed for approximately 30 minutes. I was also told they wanted to spend their time helping people who spend $5,000 - not $50. When I tried to complain to management about the horrible treatment, I was hung up on by Joel, (who I learned from the website manta is the owner, Joel Winegar,) because he didnt want to take the time to listen to my complaint, and when I called the next day and spoke with Wade, I was told to just get over it and move on because his employees handled things appropriately. When I asked how being insulted because Im not spending $5,000 and hung up on is appropriate, he had no response. These people DO NOT care about their customers, and have NO INTEREST in how their employees treat people. DO NOT SHOP HERE - FIND ANOTHER MILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Interesting... Wade, who described the employees incredibly rude behavior inexplicably as appropriate posted a positive review for this company saying there are great people there, the best product hes ever seen, how do they do it??? Well, Wade Winegar, you have the same last name as the owner - you posted a review of your own company. From a customers perspective, there are NOT great people at Bringard Mill.
