We have been very disappointed/frustrated with this storage facility. We have been renting two units here for the past 7 months. In the last few months, we’ve caught almost a dozen mice (at our own expense). We have also seen multiple people living in units that management is “un-aware” of. When we tried talking to employees/management about our rodent problem they told us that there is nothing they can do for us and I quote, “that is what you have insurance for”. We were also told they would have to contact Corporate and it’s been weeks and we still haven’t heard anything from anyone (I’ve even called Corporate myself with no response). We were told they would get pest control out and every time I call or go in to follow up to see if they’ve gotten pest control out they tell me they will be out next week. It’s been several weeks and there is still no resolution. Due to this companies complete disregard for our property we had no other choice but to move our belongings to a different facility. This has cost us over $1000! When we started moving our belongings, we found mouse droppings EVERYWHERE. Our belongings are ruined from the mouse droppings and now require multiple insurance claims for reimbursement. This has been nothing but a nightmare to have to deal with. This company has been very insensitive to us and our personal property. Do NOT rent a unit from this place!!

Canvassed everything nearby and they still had the best prices.

I have changed my storage service several times throughout the years but I promise you I will never change that again Towne Storage has to be the cleanest, lit up, and there are cameras everywhere. great friendly service. The prices were far lower than the competition in the same area I should know I have moved my girlfriend 5 times this year. thank God she dont live with me! I would recommend this storage for anyone who has anything they need to put away and keep safe. Their hours for entry are very reasonable 9 to 9 7 days a week the office is open 8 to 5 6 days a week

This is the worst place to go to store your things. The staff are stuck up, fake and dont work or help you with anything and stare watching everything you do like your.caged zoo animals. The place has bugs and mice. One of them ran and jumped at me! And if your there even 10 minutes after gate hours they run and lock you out of your own storage for 10

They have some good surround once in awhile.
