Worst people ever, totally dishonest and hot tempered. They promised to pay the best but when I took them perfectly new pallets in perfect condition they said “they’re all broken”They pretend I was wrong and loaded everything back onto my trailer instead of keeping their word.Leonard lies. Misrepresents the truth. Avoids accountability. Blames. Tries to act like a big shot.I drove 102 pallets all the way from Utah country believing them.They have a collusion going to rip people off.They don’t even deserve one star.If that’s not bad enough they damaged my trailer with their forklift.Avoid theses guys like a plague! Nothing but guile. Leonard and his henchmen are without all honor.He read my review and texted me a string of personal obscenities, wild accusations and threatening me. His reply to my review is full of lies about me and misrepresentations of the event. He wont let it go.Its poor business to mistreat customers anyway but to threaten them personally tells you that this guy is not just totally unprofessional but possibly dangerous. And I have the text conversation to prove it.

The company I work for has been using these guys for 9+ years. I have been working with them for about the last 4 years. I cant tell you how many times they have been able to help us out in a snap when we run through our pallets faster than we expected. They have great prices and are usually pretty quick to answer any questions I have.

Great service without a delivery charge. Build quality is as good as any other and for less money.

Ordered a delivery of 20 pallets. Guy gets here and we ask if he could just leave them outside so we can bring them inside. I dont work that way and after some discussions he leaves angry with the pallets. FIrst and last time we get pallets from this company.

These jokers tell you one price on the phone and another when you get. Plus they dont know what courtesy is.
