I saw an ad on Facebook one day stating that cabinets were starting off at $800. I went into the store on a weekend where I did not wait long and Mr. Ricci himself helped me out. He offered me quite a generous offer. I had done my research and gone to the big store like Lowes and Home Depot who quoted me over $5,000-6,000 to redo my cabinets and counter tops. Now my kitchen is small. I only need 11 cabinets including top and bottom. But Mr. Ricci was able to cut what Lowes offered me in half . I paid 3,500 for beautiful cabinets and counter tops including counter top installation. We did install the cabinets ourselves which helped cut down the cost for us but Mr. Ricci did give us that option f we needed it. They were extremely flexible with us knowing that we were installing the cabinets ourselves we needed more time before the counter tops could be installed. When the time came for us to put the counter tops in Laura was wonderful she set up the third party company to come out to our home when it was available to us. We thank you so much for all of your help making our first home extra special. Here is a picture of our beautiful cabinets and counter tops.

Excellent experience at Riccis. Couldn’t ask for any better customer service! My cabinets were a great price and they are absolutely gorgeous! Everything I was expecting! And they came in a timely manner. Definitely go to riccis instead of Lowe’s or Home Depot for cabinets.Edit:I do want to add that now one month later, I am still waiting on one cabinet door and now we are being dodged. We’ve been calling every week and now they are not returning our calls. So even though most of the cabinets look amazing, our kitchen is not complete without this cabinet door. Libby if you’re reading this.. get me my cabinet door please 😭😊

I went with the pepper shaker cabinets and I loved them. They were ready on time and came out perfect. Great customer service. I requested a refund for counter tops I didn’t need anymore and they gave me a refund no questions asked.

I worked with Libby to design my dream kitchen. He helped me with everything - design, countertops, delivery and installing. My mom drew some beautiful hand drawings but Libby brought them to life!!! My Foervermark ice white cabinets turned out absolutely beautiful! I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen.

Everyone that works there are exceptional. I was very pleased with the staff and their knowledge of their merchandise and availability. I definitely would recommend friends and family to this fine establishment for their cabinets and counter top needs. Thank you for the experience.

I was in a tough spot we had begun demo on our kitchen and dining room in April with our cabinets arriving in May from another company to only be told the order was misplaced and they would not arrive until July?!?! Ok mistakes happen, I began to shop around again everyone said 6/8 weeks, checked out this place and they said 2/3 weeks, and delivered! also Better quality and a better price that I planned on.Thank you Libby and your staff. HORRIBLE COMPANY! I needed 1 cabinet under my kitchen sink replaced at the end August or beginning of September. The doors to it didnt match the doors on the other cabinets. Theyve been screwing me around since then (its 12/29) and still havent corrected the mistake. Theyre a bunch of incompetent idiots!

Recently went in to check it out. They had a decent collection of things to look at. People were friendly and inviting. Not your typical furniture store.

Just left the store. One person on the phone said hi then left when he was done. We had to explore on our own. Spent some time trying out a mattress then looked for someone to ask questions. No one around. Finally we just left.Will not go back.

I purchased kitchen cabinets from Ricci Furniture for a kitchen remodel (which I absolutely love) I had a problem with a small cabinet draw closing .I called Libby and asked if he could help . He got back to me immediately, and sent over a employee of his who fixed the problem in 3 min. Great fast service I highly recommend this place.Thank you Ricci Furniture for resolving this issue.

Dont waste your money here they sell Garbage. You pay 300 for bed should last more than 3 weeks and they will not refund your money offer store credit why would I want something that is so poorly made again?You have been warned better off spending a little more at a real store.

Amazing experience, its a very relaxed enviorment. You wont have sales people jumping down your throat while making your own decisions while Riccis team respectfully suggest.

I am answering Mr. Tony Cerbo. In 25 years I have never met a more negative person that wants to play games .1. He did not purchase a kitchen, his mother did... Francine2. After she paid and the kitchen was ordered,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I guess Tony was not happy and he called and screamed at Rhonda the sales girl.3. there is a 25% restocking fee but I did not charge it and offered to refund the full amount4. since the business at the time had a court appointed lawyer operating the business account it took 2-3 weeks to refund the money ............... I have 20,000 customers - Tony is not gonna be one of them anymore
