In my top 3 when it comes to gun stores. Prices are fantastic. When reloading materials are available this is the place to go. I’ve seen some negative comments about the staff ….they aren’t there to sing and dance for you. I’ve always had positive experiences. My only gripe is that there only open till 4 so it’s hard for me to get there sometimes.

Absolute terrible experience. Ordered firearm. Upon pick up, receipt is generalized to a total amount not showing breakdown for individual price. Firearm and sales tax combined (Big RI NO NO) After Running my card for payment, was charged an additional 3 percent fee. Fee was only explained after payment received, as they were aware customer would disagree. When asked for advice on a trap shotgun, Clueless. Was told only one type of shotgun used and had to be a break open action style ONLY. They are listed as a Beretta Dealer and have extremely limited knowledge of the line. The list continues, But I strongly recommend you stay away from this FFL store.

My goodness what a bunch of old clowns. Your inventory is absent and you think you can disrespect customers? Shame on you. You should be shut down.

Terrible service. Miserable people. Try to oversell what you are looking for. I purchased a firearm, was charged a mysterious extra 3 percent fee when I picked up, was not told about when ordered firearm. Asked about trap shotguns, was told incorrect information and treated poorly. Too many other firearm stores to go to, instead of putting up with poor service, attitude.

Great selection, prices are fair, and Dave is extremely knowledgeable. In today’s world its hard to find old fashion honesty anymore and at heritage that’s all you’ll receive. Have bought three long guns here and have loved them all. Best gun shop in RI. When you walk in you’ll be talking to guys that are truly passionate about anything fire arm related.

Very, Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff! The guys here are Awesome. Being new to firearms, it felt a bit intimidating at first, but walking into Heritage, is like walking into an old time barber shop. People greet you earnestly and are actually very glad to see you. I have bought several firearms from Heritage and have been very pleased. I cannot say enough good things.

Helpful, friendly, perfect “hole in the wall” type place that gives quality service apart from the larger shops that just don’t care as much. These guys are old school and that’s the best way. Thanks again gents

Im with Ray on this one. Not the old Post Road gun store of before. These guys know their stuff and are friendly. Prices are good too. Will order anything you need. And have a good selection of guns on hand, both new and used.

Went to Heritage on 12/21/2012, not many customers but ample staff. When I stood at the counter looking for help no one helped me. I did make eye contact with someone but he just walked by. I then went to D&L in Warwick and bought my P290 on the spot. Dont waste your time here, I wonder why they are still in business!!!

Best shop in the state. Im waiting my 7 days on a Bushmaster AR right now, and I have a lower coming in that they didnt even charge me a transfer on. D&L pricing is outrageous. They want $25 per transfer AND a percentage of the sale price... are you kidding me?These guys havent even marked up their prices like all the other local shops due to the recent explosion in the gun market. 7.62 is STILL 6 and change a box. Go to other shops and spend 10. P-mags, GI mags, 15 bucks...Half the people who have complained are probably like 90% of people who frequent these stores. They walk in, want to handle EVERYTHING in the store, and dont spend a dime. If youre an actual CUSTOMER, these guys are more than great. It has nothing to do with age... Im 24 and they have been nothing but cordialThey also have a pretty good inventory despite only being around for a short time. I paid what standard retail was for my AR BEFORE all this gun-ban talk. 795! Who can beat that? My buddy scored an XD45 brand new for what D&L was asking for a used one.Go see these guys, you wont regret it...

This guy Dave is a real monkey . I Have spent thousands of $$$ the past few years In his run down store ...I Had recently purchased a S&W model29 from grab a gun out in texsss I went to Dave before I madeMy purchase with them to see if Dave could locate me one and buy it locally ... Dave told me theres no way I can get that right now so I went on and purchased it on line and had it shipped to Dave @ Heritage . When I went to pick it up he charged me $50 since he said I went over his head and bought it else where .. stay away from this clown he is for sure suffering from dementia ... This bozo is a horrible business men take your business else where . D&lL is just up the road from this clown. Million times better customer service and the selection of firearms is night & day comparing with this incompetent clown ... he lost a great customer for good .. FH

Love this place! Knowledgeable staff, fair prices. Saturday is the best time to shop here you will get to deal with Mike. He is knowledge, honest, part owner and a gunsmith. Right now do to politics ( Trump is in power, backed by the nra ) no one is panic buying like when Obama was president, the fear of gun bans are over for now, so prices are low. Midstate and D&L are more popular and mainstream but heritage gun and coin is a hidden gem.Post road location is now closed. Sadly out of business.

Trust me on this one... Dont go anywhere else !! At Heritage you will find that the staff are very customer oriented, and the prices are (without a doubt) the best around. I was frustrated from my experiences purchasing at other shops throughout the state due to the lousy customer service. I can safely say I have found a home with Heritage !! Thanks guys for the awesome service, and your efforts in the community !!

I have finally found a gun store where I get treated like family. They have the best prices in the Country not just the state. Dave has been excellent to deal with and only recommend my friends to come here. I myself have purchased quite a few guns, accessories and ammo. Plus they can order pretty much anything u want, I have bought 2 LWRCs which are hard to get, and once again best prices around, btw they have incredible prices on red dots, eotechs and scopes. Trust me, if you are serious about buying a gun, u wont find a better place

They have a nice variety of guns. The customer service is subpar, unless you are a part of their gun club. Id take my money elsewhere.
