With all of the aggravation of moving, getting my storage unit was the easiest part. Mary, at the west Warwick location was so awesome. She went over everything to make sure I understood every detail.... And took me to the unit I was renting before I paid for it... Ive rented at other places before..... I moved into a storage unit in this facility that turned out to be too small. I had reserved the unit online and probably should have visited the office first to get more info. So realizing I needed more space, I stopped in to the office and spoke with Mary, the facility manager. She was very understanding and assisted me in selecting another unit that was more appropriate in size for my needs. Mary made the transfer from one unit to the other very easy and even stopped by to see if we needed anything else while we were moving our boxes and bins. Mary was awesome. I highly recommend this facility and this manager.

Mary is very knowledgeable regarding the storage. She assisted me to choose the correct size for my needs. She explained everything thoroughly. Billing insurance etc.

Very easy going staff. Explained cost and policy thoroughly. I was a bit disappointed with space as no AC outlets for lighting so if you dont get climate control space bring flashlight!

I called Life Storage about 4 months ago. The rep took me through pricing and size and got us a great deal (better than online). Yes, the lot is a little tight for bigger trucks. So plan to move in and out when the office is open if you have a big moving truck. The location is perfect. Easy access. Nice clean office and nice clean bathroom.

The staff here is excellent. Amanda & Bob have been nothing but nice to both myself and my father. The 24 hour access sold me on this property right away. It is always very well maintained even on the snowiest of days. The prices are competitive and the property is well lit and secure. Excellent access to the units especially if you have a large truck or trailer to maneuver.

Bob made the experience very enjoyable and comfortable for being my sisters and I first time at storage unit! Answered all of our questions directly. 10/10 will be recommending anyone I know to this location specifically. Mary Chase we were told you get notifications of these reviews, BOB DESERVES A RAISE! Fantastic place! Its easily accessible from the highway, and easy to get in and out. I love that you can drive right up to the storage unit, and that the inside is dry and well lit. The 11 ceiling height makes for plenty of room to store things, including some 10 sign posts that we bring to events. Great pricing, too. The managers/owners were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

In process of helping parents get to Assisted Living but they needed place to keep some belongings to sort through over time. First time getting storage I’m RI - BobP was so helpful on-site, got my movers into unit and helped me choose right size. Went so well! Staff on phone were great too! I have had the occasion to rent several units at this facility over the past many years for work. Bob, Mary, and previously, Amanda have always very helpful and accommodating as well as friendly and professional. In reading the other comments, I see they treat all of their customers that way, whether they are longstanding customers as myself or short-term customers. That tells something about their wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this facility.

The facility is clean and well kept. There is 24/7 access and is secured with a fence, locked gate and cameras. The staff members were helpful, friendly and polite. I like Life Storage and I am generally satisfied. The storage unit that I rented requires a lock not commonly in use. I did not own one, and I have never seen one like it for sale. This meant that I had to purchase it there. It was not inexpensive, nor am I likely to have a use for it once I am done with the storage unit rental so, it is an additional expense I would rather not have.

Needed a 24/7 access facility quick to help with relocating a friend with short notice . I visited the east providence store and they told me there was another location in Warwick with all of the same feature and services including a free 14’ truck to use within the first 2 weeks with prior booking of course. I took them up in this and was pleased with the customer service throughout and highly recommend these guys!

Bob was awesome to work with, very pleasant. He explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible and had the information we needed. This is the third unit i’ve had with life storage at this location and for the most part it has been a good experience.

Outstanding customer service from a current inside unit renter. On 3/22/2016, I stopped in and spoke to Bob P. (associate manager) to inform that I will need to get a unit in Florida for April. Bob provided me with several Uncle Bobs locations in the new town where I would be relocating....great! It gets better, Bob searched locations, provided addresses, storage size availability and points of contact information for each individual location. Being pressed for time I pulled out my cell phone and called one that appeared to be the best fit for my needs that Bob provided. Spoke with Becky at Uncle Bobs #84 and told her what I needed. Bob and Becky faxed back and forth and long story short, now I have a 10 x 10 awaiting my arrival down south. Now thats customer service and why I will stay with Uncle Bobs. I met with Bob this morning and within 20 minutes I had the perfect size inside storage space. Bob was friendly and very helpful. Very high prices compared to Newco Storage in West Warwick. Maybe worth it only if you need 24-hour access, otherwise Newco is a less expensive option.

Its clean and upkept, problem is they keep raising the rates. 3.5 stars really. Been with them for 5 years and ive had 5 rate increases.

Ive been renting a storage unit here for a few years now, and I MUST say that Amanda is the best! She is on here game and will go above and beyond to accommodate you however possible. Hats off to her! In the past I had a billing issue which revolved around the companys inflexibility with payment due dates, but like many businesses they in business to make money, not necessarily to help their customers. Go Figure! Some companies get it, and some dont. Having all your bills due on the first of the month doesnt work too well when you dont get paid weekly, and some therefore allow you to change your due date to the 15th. NOT at Life Storage. You MUST pay on the first. My opinion, this is just another way to squeeze you for more money ($15/mo) which I had to pay for over a year, every month. Anyway, I cant hold Amanda responsible for corporate irresponsibility, so once again, shes great, Life Storage policies, not so much.

Amanda and Bob have made me feel comfortable and at home here. This is the third storage company that Ive dealt with and this one is where I am going to stay. Everything is clean and accessible at all hours.

Tl;dr: Employees are polite, helpful and can get you the answers you need. Outdoor spaces are clean and well situated and didnt flood. Never had an issue with access or parking.We live aboard our boat and need storage for projects, seasonal storage and stuff we want to keep but not clutter the boat with. While it is not temp controlled, it did the trick for us. It was handy to be able to drive right up for loading and unloading. Prices were reasonable and did go up every so often for a difference of about $40 a month in two years but for location, ease and convenience, it was worth it. I generally did not have any issues but any time I dealt with staff, they were friendly and able to take care of my concerns. We had already moved when we moved out and decided to trash some items that werent really donatable. The manager was nice enough to help us find a dump location and even made sure that we were checked out so we didnt get charged another month. All in all, a great storage experience!

I had used your storage unit for about 7 years. But, because I was unable to get there decided to close my account. When I called I talked to Amanda Feeney, she was so helpful and willing to do what she could to make things easier for me. She even went out of her way to help me cancel my unit by bringing me the papers to sign.I live at Sparrow Point, which is housing for the elderly, Amanda was so nice to me. She is a very special person.
