Stopped in for a walk-in oil change. The staff was amazing from start to finish. The lobby had a little bit of everything to make the wait seem small. A kid area that my daughter enjoyed, coffee and various teas, and books. I highly recommend this shop!

Great family owned local business who treated us well. We were passing through and needed an oil change for our F250 diesel. These guys were top notch on timeliness, friendly, and quality of work they completed.

The owner is the best! I had been playing on the flat flats and needed a good car wash. His wash was the only one that offered an undercarriage wash, which I was the most concerned about. The owner said that he would use the hose to clean whatever the car wash could not get off. There was still a little left and he cleaned it all off. I then wanted to vacuum the inside but was a quarter short, which he gave me. This was at 8:00 pm, long after he could have been home. I would recommend using this place over any others.

We experienced car trouble while on a road trip and aren’t familiar with the area. We pulled into the first mechanic shop we could and are so glad it was Grease Monkey! They were very knowledgeable and got us in right away with no wait. The mechanics were friendly and explained everything they were checking. We were on our way in no time! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience here when our car was having issues on our trip to Wendover. Tony and his crew were extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to get us the part we needed so we could get back on the road as soon as we could. They even drove almost 2 hours for a part that wasn’t available locally or within a week anywhere else. They treated us like family and we are very grateful for their amazing service!

My fiancé and I were visiting the Salt Flats and before we left the area we needed a car wash desperately. We stopped at Grease Monkey to use their car wash, and a gentleman approached us and offered to hose off our car prior to us entering the car wash. This was tremendously helpful and very generous. We tried to offer some cash to say thank you, but he refused. We are traveling from Pennsylvania and have stopped at many places and very few have impressed us with their kindness. Grease Monkey did however. Thank you again, from the loud blue Subaru.

Grease Monkey of West Wendover - THE OFFICIAL CAR-WASH OF THE UTAH SALT FLATS. Frank - the owner - found us poking around after we just drove the Salt Flats...he coaxed us in, and went OVER and BEYOND to clean the underside of our car. We paid for a regular wash, but Frank saw we needed more, so he did the underside himself, then we still got the most awesome Car Wash from his wash-bay. It didnt take long to see that Frank is a Great Guy who will probably do any job right before sending you on your way. Thanks Frank! Wish I could give 10 stars.

I needed a oil change on my 2020 Deisel Truck, it was 2000 miles overdue, was concerned about my GM warranty, just passing through Grease Monkey team got me rite in did an excellent job, had the GM oil filter there for it, used there Mobile i oil great experience!!

We needed our car serviced, quickly. All of the staff immediately took care of our car and diagnosed another issue they were unable to fix (did not have a special machine for transmissions). Grease Monkey truly saved the day!

We were in line for the drive thru car wash to remove all the salt from Bonneville. A very pleasant man came over and told us if we pull up he will spray the car first and remove the salt from the tires and bumpers. We didn’t have to pay anything extra it was just a nice thing to do and great customer service. THANK YOU.

We came in for an oil change on our way through on a road trip. We have a 2021 Kia Sorento. The filters are very hard to find yet, and they still topped off all our fluid levels and air tire pressure. This was after hours and they were so friendly and professional and insisted on topping off our fluids at no charge. I wish they were in Oregon where we live, we HIGHLY recommend them. We will come back through on our next road trip through. Thank you thank you so very much for being so professional and friendly, like family.

Frank Sanchez is a god send! We use the car wash every time we pass through, and this time we were particularly dirty. 😂We live on a dirt road 30 miles long and it had just snowed and rained. It’s also clay. So not much can battle that, after the auto wash, we were waiting for our traveling partner and Frank approached us and offered to personally spray off the left over filth.He cleaned our car, was super professional, and looked like a very hard working gentleman! Definitely deserves a raise for going above and beyond.

New management as of 2 weeks ago. We stopped by without an appointment and were out in 25 min. A timer runs so you know how long your car has left, but ours finished early even with an extra service. The inside had a play area, drinks, Little Free Library, etc. and the staff were friendly.

We brought our car here after a day at the Salt Flats! They were kind enough to spray down our vehicle before our trip back to SLC! We were so grateful that they sprayed down our tires and let us use their vacuum!

Unprofessional and do not work with you if there is a problem! Used the car wash. What a joke!! Not all the sprayers worked, NONE of the brushes worked. My car seriously looked worse after, and it was expensive! It was Christmas Eve so I had to leave a message. I let them know what happened, and that I would like a call back for a refund since their car wash is broke. I don’t live in the area so called a few more times with no answer.If they won’t even work with someone who had a problem with the car wash I highly doubt they would work anything out with anyone for a mechanical service. Don’t go there!

I never ever leave reviews! I would rather sit through a timeshare presentation than write a review. We were originally going to the chevron here in Wendover to get a car wash after a fun afternoon driving on the Bonneville Salt Flats but their car wash was out of order. I’m so glad it was because we headed down the road to the Grease Monkey and got some of the best service I have ever had! I kid you not!Right when we pulled up in the line one of the employees started hosing off the extra salt on our wheels. FREE OF CHARGE!!!! Then when we were having issues with the card reader and the manager Tony was a straight up angel and let us go through the wash, on the house.Tony was the Hero we needed but didn’t deserve. He was the G.O.A.T. We come to the Salt Flats often and always stop in Wendover afterwards for food and a car wash. We will DEFINITELY be going to Grease Monkey afterwards and telling our friends to go there too!!!

Great customer service, clean with area for little ones to play, cold/hot drinks with some snacks. Work completed on vehicle, with only a little bump with parts not being ordered, but overall great place to take your vehicle. Oh yes, dont forget about free car wash when vehicle is done along with a beautiful rose waiting for the ladies in their vehicle. Thanks for a truly customer oriented business. You get a A++++

Took over an hour to get my car washed and the wash barely cleaned my car, and when I asked for a hose at 3:30 pm they said they were “closed” and “wanted to get out of here” even though it didn’t close for another 2.5 hours. One guy called me back over and said he would turn the hose back on if I paid. What a greasy place - they nailed that part of their name!

Super helpful and honest when we broke down in oasis and got towed there. They told us what our warranty would cover and not cover and let us know we should take it to the dealership instead of getting it fixed there. They took care of my parents and were extremely polite as they waited there pretty much all day for us to figure out how to get it to a dealership.

Robert and Jackie were very professional, pleasant, and had my car serviced quickly. This is the best place in the world!! And I received a beautiful red rose on my dash. Thank you for such great service.

Everyone was warm and friendly. My oil change happened so quickly, I barely got to go through the mail I had brought to go through while I waited. We went there for both of our cars until we had to relocate to Texas this past summer. More reasonably priced than I expected, overall a great experience. We miss West Wendover.

We were traveling and our car needed service. We found Grease Monkey online and stopped in. The place was very clean and the staff very friendly. They took care of us quickly and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

I recently visited grease monkey after breaking down on the highway. I called and explained the problem I was having and they agreed to help. After being towed to their shop I found it to be an oil change facility and was apprehensive about having mechanical work done on my dodge diesel. Turns out that two of the employees were trained diesel mechanics. Locating the part I needed in Fields, NV (50miles away) they drove to get the part and one of the mechanics stayed after hours and repaired my truck. What could have been a nightmare was handled in a couple hours. I was back in the road in three hours. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely happy to help. Before I left the store manager even dropped by to make sure things had gone smoothly. I can’t adequately express my thanks for their assistance.

The same price I would pay anyways else, but with the convenience of being in town, so I didnt have to drive two hours to get it changed. They didnt update digital meter inside my truck like it said on the checklist after they changed the oil, but not a big deal.

Brought my car in with a hole in the tire expecting to pay through the nose for breaking down in wendover. Jesus had me in and out in 30 mins and patched it for 20 bucks. Would recommend if ur in need of a mech in wendover

Took my car in for oil and air filter change for 170.00 dollars, drove for 1/2 block my car stopped accelerating so I went back to the shop,they ran diagnostic on it for 2 hrs still no solution to the problem.i was told that I would have to take it to the dealer they didn’t now what was wrong with it!!🤦🏽‍♂️

The manger Bob was amazing, he helped diagnose a problem that his shop couldnt fix. Being from Denver I was stranded in the small town without a car, my wife and kids were also with me. Bob took it upon himself to help us find a place to sleep, where to go to get the repairs done and he also offered the use of his personal car to let me get my family to the hotel room and get everyone lunch. I really wish I could have had something that would have allowed him and hous amazing staff to work on my car, next time I come through im going to stop in and get work done just to help his shop.

I changed my own oil today cause I didnt want to drive into town. Ive been taking my expedition to grease monkey in Wendover for several services and oil changes. Today I discovered my oil pan drain plug was cross threaded, and they put the wrong filter on. Im disappointed.
