This place really doesnt have a lot going for it other than there isnt any competition in town. Its not easy to find things in it, and it hasnt got a great selection, but it has the nicest staff youll ever meet. I wish they had a garden center, even seasonally, but theyve been good at getting in topsoil, and a few other things, I just hate having to go to Tooele for plants, the grocery store across has had a few hanging baskets, but it would make more sense to have vegetables and bedding plants available at least in spring, here.

For a hardware store in a very small town these guys are great! They may not have better prices than Salt Lake City or Elko, but you dont have to drive 220 miles round trip to pick up a plumbing part, fasteners, or other hardware and household items. Irma can order almost anything and have it in about a week. Cant beat that for a remote, small, casino, border town.

The owner of this place has one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen. They sold me a space heater that was a open product when I bought it . I tried to return it well within the 15 days on receipt . And the owner was so rude . I asked for a manager and he grunted a noise and gave me a bad look. I had to ask the other employees if they were the manager, thats when they said that the grunting no customer service having moron was the owner. Well you just lost a lot of business .
