Print department is excellent, not an issue. The reason for 3 stars is because the guy at checkout tried to push a protection plan on me that was nearly half the price of the item I was purchasing. I had to tell him no like four times. I know staples clearly pushes the sales people to sell those things but when you have to repeat yourself four times, thats not selling. Thats badgering.

I had a great experience with this store the other day. An employee helped me with selecting the correct tempered glass screen protector for my I-Phone. He even put it open for me !!! I think his name was David....not 100% sure though. I will definitely continue shopping at this store because of this positive interaction with a sales staff member.

In order to return some items via USPS, I needed to print out return labels from email on my phone. I was assisted at Staples by a patient and knowledgeable young woman who made the process very easy and at no cost to me ! Thank you.

Wake up your staff! They look so tired, that I was about to fall asleep on one of your office chairs. Easy parking, fair prices, just takes forever to get something from staff.

Its not 100% bad, unfortunately they are a bit of a slow reacting store. Their employees take way too long to respond. The only person there that is 100% awesome is the supervisor Steve. Best dude there.

Needed to send a fax and was helped immediately and all the way to completion! Its so great when theres helpful and nice staff to attend us!

Just had an awful encounter with a very rude cashier. She had such an attitude- took my basket full of school supplies and literally dumped them out onto the counter so hard the pencils went flying out of the box all over the place. Also, when I did not understand the details of one of their sales, she was incredibly insulting with her tone (my twelve year old even picked up on it), like, how stupid can you be not to get it. Will not be going back there.

This seems to be one of the better staples locations . for whatever reason, when searching the online inventory checker, this address pops more than the others . the tech guy, robert was quite on-the-ball and was able to answer all my questions without checking . not all staples stores are created equal, and given a choice, this is the one to go to .

This staples is big and has stuff you need. I dont usually go here but will if needed. Overall, its a normal staples.

Couldnt get the ink I wanted in store. ordered it anyways and found it would take 3 days! I offered to pay more to have an over night and was told they cant do it. I found a company who did overnight it and immediately called staples back to cancel the order (2 hours since I ordered). Talked to the same girl who I placed the order with asked to cancel gave her the info and she said I was all set. I then received the ink days later and called the store, the manger said you cant cancel once the order was placed and I would have to come into the store with the refund. He was very polite and had the information I needed but didnt seem sympathetic
