I love the games and toys that are available here! They encourage kids to use their critical thinking skills and experience hands on activities! Very important for todays kids who are so into video games and brain numbing activities

I’m a squishmallow collector in the area and LE Westborough has never let me down. The owners are are always so kind (which can be hard based on how crazy the squish community can be) and helpful. The ladies that work there are also super friendly and engage with every customer that walks in! I love most of the Learning Expresses here in Massachusetts but this one is by far my favorite!

Pros: This place has a nice selection of toys and offers free gift wrapping.Cons: They charge a premium for their toys. Sometimes to the tune of double what you can elsewhere.The biggest issue, though, is how they have recently begun handling the demand for Squishmallows. They pathologically lie to customers, to the point that they can’t even get their own story straight. They will tell you they are sold out of an item that they will sell to someone else 5 minutes after you leave. They hide product in the back room and will only bring it out for certain people. Sometimes products will be hidden for days or weeks.It’s embarrassing to behold.Perfect place to shop if you want to be lied to and pay double while doing so!

Norah was wonderful on the phone! I was looking for a couple squishmallows and i am from Illinois, for some reason we are in shortage of them because they blew up, as a long time collector i just was browsing the website and came across a couple i liked! Norah called and made sure the order was correct and verified that one of them was a little different then pictured online. Amazing service.! Shop with them!!

Extremely overpriced, however, I was able to found great gifts for birthdays etc...here. Its also in a convenient location.

Nice place. Huge Squishmallow selection. However, while I understand the need for it, I don’t appreciate the whole leaving you bag outside thing. I’ve started just not taking a bag or leaving it in my car when I go in, cause I don’t trust people to not take my bag, even in our relatively safe town. Otherwise, it’s really nice, haha.

Lots of toy options for several age groups. I was hoping to find different things, but instead I found tons that I can get anywhere and here, it was priced higher. I left with nothing and dont plan to be back unfortunately.

This was my first experience purchasing anything from this store because I live in Worcester & Westborough is a bit of a hike for me. However, they advertised these surprise bags on their FB page & it seemed like a very cool idea. The surprise bags promotion was that you paid $25 and the store picked what went in the nicely wrapped bag (it’s a total surprise for both the person purchasing it & the person receiving it). All I had to do was provide the age & gender of the children. I purchased 3 of these surprise bags, 1 for my son & 1 for each of my son’s 2 childcare provider’s kids as an end of the school year surprise.I would have given this store 5 stars except I wasn’t thrilled with my experience when I called in my order over the phone. The person made me feel like I was disturbing/interrupting her by calling & rushed me off the phone. However, that was the only negative aspect of my experience. I had my son’s father (who lives a tad closer to Westborough- he lives in Millbury) pick up the bags and he advised me that the process to pick up the bags as easy and seem less which he appreciated. All 3 kids opened their surprise bags together today and the childcare provider informed me that all the kids loved the gifts that were inside the bags. I think these surprise bags are an amazing idea and the staff did a great job ensuring that the bags were a hit with the kids. I would suggest adding this option/promotion to your online/website ordering system so that if an employee is busy or having a rough day the customer doesn’t have to feel the impact of that; they can just order it online at their leisure.

It was a fun experience. They have nice toys and activities for the kids. I was there just shopping arround and Poppy Troll was there. The kids were so excited to see her and took pictures with her. The staff was nice. My niece was scared to see Poppy and Poppy n the guy with her played and tried to make my niece feel more comfortable. They made a great effort. Thank you guys you did great!

The staff is super helpful, tell the three age and a little about the child and they will give you a bunch of suggestions. They also will wrap the gifts for you, we love this place. Cool gifts, wrapped and ready to go!

Has the best squishmallows

We went for a slime making activity. It was a nice event. The store is filled with fun interactive games and crafts. It has Legos and all sorts of other building stuff. We bought a magnetic responsibility chart to keep track of my sons behaviors.

Great Store. Lots of educational toys as well as standard ones. They also regularly do meet a Disney princess/ character event that my kids live attending.

They have so many free event for the kids like storytime or meet a character or even a make your owe craft or toy.

Learning express has wonderful toys. My children love all of them. But the prices are a little high.

Good news, its a great store. Bad news, its closing. :-(
