Friendly, helpful but not clear on pricing. I recently availed their Notary Services. $10/page, so for 9 pages $90. I was told the prices are displayed online, but cant find them. Seems like the pricing is up to the local store owner as I only saw the pricing listed with only at Framingham store.

Wonderful experience with notary service. It’s impossible to find witnesses during the pandemic. All the staff here are super friendly and helpful. The notary service is speedy!! They carefully reviewed everything too. Such gratitude!!

I just dropped off some Amazon packages at this store after two other stores were closed due to weather. The people here are so friendly and helpful. This was the best UPS store I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few. It was such an easy, good experience I felt compelled to write them a review. I’ll drive the extra 10 mins to this location from now on.

Me and my spouse were there today to get our home closing documents notarized as the closing is due tomorrow and we had to overnight the documents to my Attorney. Arvind Basil while notarizing the documents saw a big error in the documents how it was prepared by the Attorney. He requested me to check with my Attorney if the documents needed to be amended. At the first instance I was not very convinced with him but when we called our Attorney they admitted that the documents needed to be amended. Closing could not have taken place based on the earlier documents. We are selling our house and buying another on the same day. We would have been in big trouble if Arvind Basil would have not noticed and pointed us out the issue. In fact our Attorney asked us to thank him on his behalf.We really thank him for his extensive knowledge and for going beyond and above his responsibilities as a Notary to pin point the error. He is one of the most knowledgeable Notary in the area.

Incredibly unhelpful. I had a label that needs to be printed to return an item. Woman at the counter trying to charge over $3.00 PLUS to use their computer to print their own UPS label. Didn’t offer any other suggestions or show any empathy. Awful experience. Would not go back and would most definitely never recommend going to this location.

Horrible experience.. Sad to see that the owner is trying to implement the age old money milking tactics common among old generation in India subcontinent at USA too.Being an Indian felt so sad to see people making such Unprofessional behavior which will leave a stereotype in front of others.My experience:I gave a print order for a couple of pages online at the store and payed via credit card.I was asked to pick it up from the store.When I reached the store he gave me the print out and asked to pay 3 dollar additional for his service.I tried to reach UPS official to clarify if it’s true.Sadly couldn’t reach them on time.Since I needed the printout and didn’t have the patience to go for another store I payed 3dollar to get the prints and I was asked to pay it only as cash.He gave me a separate receipt for it which is classified non taxable.When I contacted ups helpline I was informed that I didnt have to pay that additional amount and the owner has just cheated.Sad that the name of UPS is hurt due to the unprofessional behavior of such vendors.Update post the reply from owner:I accept your apologies and am pretty glad that the store has started to care about the customers and cared to respond to the grievances. Indian community is no where hurt in the review rather was protected from a possibility of stereotyping.Few updates on the misinformation,1. The review was not about meeting expectations as I expected a printout and I got it. 2. While I was requesting the order at the a shop where there was no other customer waiting after me and the Waiting customer in the reply is fairly a wild imagination. 3. Let me list the steps what happened,I walked in requested for the printout which was scheduled before 5:30 PM same day. The service person checked his system and confirm that the order is available and then brought up the point all about internet access fee not some rush fee as mentioned.4. Only the fee for the printout was played via credit card this so called RUSH fee was accepted in cash and the bill provided was clearly mentioned miscellaneous non taxable.This is exactly why I was bit poised of with the service as such so called RUSH fee and back channel miscellaneous fee was a new experience with UPS stores across USA and EU.

I use the Westborough store for all my print and shipping needs. I went in today and Arvind showed me some of the reviews that people were leaving here which were ridiculously false. On 01.08.21, I was there at 11am trying to get a big print order completed. One gentleman named Bejoy ( who has incidentally placed a review here which Arvind shared with me today) came around 11.30 am and enquired about his print order that he placed online about 15 mts ago. Arvind informed him that he opted for that order to be ready by 5.30 pm. He wanted his order to be done right then and there. Arvind requested my permission to go ahead and print his order first. Arvind then offered him expedited service at a rush fee of $3.00 to which he agreed to. In his review he is complaining that he was charged additional $3.00 YES, you wanted your order to be printed in rush leaving aside other orders and you agreed to pay the rush fee, then why complain later on. That reveals how you misrepresented the facts.Similarly people complaining about $10 Notary Fees. Yes he charges $10 per Notary, well if you have an option to get it done cheaper then go ahead and get it done there, why complain about it. His prices are set and firm, you want his service, you got to pay his fees.I see here people complaining about $3.00 computer usage charges. Well he is offering a service where in you can use his computer and printer to do your job and he charges $3.00 for computer usage. Again his prices are posted. If you do not want to spend that money then go some where else. Why keep grumbling and complaining.He runs his business on a set principle. Yes he is firm on his prices and any one who wants to avail his services have to pay the fixed prices. I do not understand why people grumble about it.Yes, if your return packaging needs new packing, you have to do that. It is not his choice, its your sellers conditions. If he follows the rules strictly then off course he is the bad guy.I have really not met such a humble, knowledgeable and straight forward business man. Off course his straight forwardness does not go well with some people who want to avail services but not pay for it. I always recommend him for all your print and shipping needs.

If in need of notary services, SEEK ELSEWHERE!!! I arrived for my 12:30 appt yesterday and was told by the notary that he was done with that service at noon and was too busy that day to assist me. After calmly explaining that I had made an appointment, he still refused, said it was Corporates fault for not notifying me, and told me to return at 11 the next day. Having no choice but to return due to lack of notary services in the area, I returned when instructed. The notary scolded me for not having the form that I needed notarized filled out already (the form CLEARLY states that the entire page needs to be filled out in the presence of the notary). THEN he scolded me once again for not bringing a passport as identification when the form CLEARLY stated that all that was needed was a driver’s license! I pointed both facts out to him on the form, he said it was wrong!! He was also rude to the customer in front of me. This gentleman does not belong in customer service of any kind. Worst experience ever.

UPS has really taken a nosedive in customer service since the partnership with Amazon.This store in Westborough gets the job done, but the customer service stinks for the money you pay them. They used my old address in their system as the return address, and I just generally did not even feel that welcomed in their store.If I have to ship in Westborough, I just go to the Fedex up the road. They are a lot better.

The owner pretend to be so nice with you but charge a lot for every services you take there. The notary charge is too much per page which Is not reasonable at all and if the document has two pages it’s double for one document. I din even expect such a high bill and felt very bad about it. If you have an option please don go to this place.

Horrible customer experience. I brought a package back from amazon and amazing shipped the item in a box that was “too small”. The manager verbally ATTACKED me before I could even request that I was happy to buy another box. He was screaming and waving his hands in my face. I happily said I would pay for another box and he was freaking out. He was also extremely rude to the customer in front of me. Never going to this UPS again, I’ve never experience something like this in my life. I understand yelling at me if I wasn’t complying but at no point was I not und understanding. Absolutely unacceptable.

Store was completely dead. I needed something notarized. The one person working there said “appointment only” and that I had to go online to schedule it. I went to the website and they had no appointments available for weeks! He said he had no access to check that schedule, so what was the point of trying to make one??

The worst UPS store ever! The owners put on a pretend act like they are nice but they are nasty and rude and are just horrible to deal with. Maybe if you are just dropping something to be shipped that is already paid for that might be alright but do not give your hard earned money to these new owners.

Avoid this UPS store unless you liked to be screamed and yelled at.I went there to get a Power of Attorney notarized. The owner starts giving us lectures on how the POA witness signatures is to be done in front of him. I try to explain that the witness is not for the notary but for the embassy of my home country (as a reference) and it does not matter. I try to tell him the notary is just to authorize the POA executant signed the papers, he starts yelling and screaming on how he was a legal secretary or something in his home country and how he knows better.I explained to him that we did a similar one at another notary public just 1 day back and are here since the place stopped taking appointments (due to covid), owner tries to argue that other notary can do whatever they like, and he follows rules since there are cameras in the store (funny!!!)Sir, you are a notary public and not a lawyer, I am OK if you do not want to notarize something you are not comfortable with, but I don’t need legal advice screamed at me by someone who obviously is unqualified.

Great Customer Service! Had to put 5 stars because I witnessed one of the employees handle a customer situation pretty well but the customer was too obnoxious. Let alone add a bad review because she was too busy on her phone so the gentleman went to help another customer.

New review. This is the worst UPS store. I dropped off Dyson vacuum and they lost it or stole it. The owner has no respect or manners. He thinks its ok to scream at the customers. And he denied to look at the cameras. And stopped answering the calls . Very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful! He should not be in this kind of business! Will not come back to his store!Old review. No notary but the notary light is on. Just wasted my time to come here and find that notary is working only specific hours. If you provide there services, please make it obvious so people can see it and dont waste their time driving there to be turned out.

I mostly use UPS for their image editing skills to achieve the closest color matching to my original paintings as possible.I work very closely with the image editor expert there, Joe, who is very competent and understanding of my expectations. Wonderful. I was home with a broken leg and rib. Anxious about having to get well and go shopping. Im a walker no car. Then I seen UPS online and also ordered groceries from a different place. But ups brought my medical needs, household orders, they were on time and curious. Dont know how I would have made it without them.

First time I went here was to ship a surfboard which they said they would take care of for me and send out and let me leave only to find out a week later that the receiver of this package got a damaged surfboard because it was wrapped horribly. Then I went in again today based on the hours posted online and found a printed out piece of paper taped to the door saying that the hours have changed for the summer time to close two hours earlier. Update your website so people arent wasting time out of their day to come to your business only to see handmade sign on the window. Dont waste your time.

Closed at 1:15 pm instead of posted 1:30 pm. When I got to the store there was a sign at the door. Now I can’t get back there for a full week due to not being able to make it there during week hours. Very inconvenient.
