After smashing the back window of my car out with a lawnmower (dont ask), the gentlemen and ladies of Portland Glass were polite and efficient. They offered to vacuum out the glass and plastic in the window as it would be a couple of days before I could get in to get it fixed. A freak accident that could have been a nightmare was made quick and hassle free. Although I hope it doesnt happen again, if it does, this will be the first call I make! Thank you all!

Absolutely awful. I brought in a lexan motorcycle windshield to be cut down by 2 1/2 on the morning of August 17, 2015. I was told no problem, should take 2-3 days. I went back today, August 28, 2015 and was told it wasnt done yet by a bewildered associate that was all alone in the shop. No small wonder that shops are closing!
