GOD, I dont even know where to start. Please avoid this pharmacy at all cost. The staff are very unprofessional, rude, and dont know the concept of sanitization in the Covid-19 era. Waiting times are extremely long; speaking of an average of 20 minutes. It is very likely that you receive a false positive result like I did if you do your PCR over there. Skip the hustle and drive an extra three minutes to the CVS pharmacy.Edit: Just called the manager and she was very respectful and helpful. She admitted that they are not doing well with the waiting time issue. For that reason Im gonna give them two stars instead of one.
The pharmacy is full of ignorant, unprofessional workers and Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves for not addressing this! I sat in the drive thru the other day for 17 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there and when they did, they were Just plain rude.
I switched to Walgreens pharmacy in Westbrook because its closer to my house but it was the worst mistake I could make not once has my prescription been ready when they say it will and they are rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend this pharmacy to anyone, at least when it was rite aid they had it done right and on time
Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy, especially if you choose the drive through . You will sit there for 15+ minutes without even being acknowledged . This place is ridiculous .
Dont expect this location to carry your favorites in inventory. And dont expect any response from contacting their Managers to address the problems. food wise: Theyve been out of stock on Nice Burgers ( 45days +), --no explanation, even though other Walgreens carry them, 8pk Pre-Cooked Burger Patties, out of stock (50 days +), Hungry Man Dinners et al ( 55 days ), Lean Cuisine Dinners (40 days +), Burritos (70 days +), Ben and Jerrys Ice cream (20 days +)... Hit or miss on cheese, deli meats, eggs and bread. Ive talked to the in-store managers on multiple occasions, but no one seems to have a grip on keeping certain items stocked no matter the feed back. Personally i stop at the Marginal Way location since they have a more fully/timely stocked store. No stars. Waste of my time
I go here daily always kind always helpful. Offers hand sanitizer as u walk in
I understand the stressfulness of the world right now, however, I didnt appreciate the argumentative manner I received. Not professional.
Horribly annoying pharmacy transition. The store made two transitions from a Rite - Aid to a Walgreens. First the sign above the pharmacy said Walgreens in big letters but the front of the building still said Rite Aid, during that time they were decent, like when it was just Rite-Aid, and auto filled my prescriptions without needing reminder. Once the front of the building said Walgreens however, something changed and they lost all of my auto-refills I had set up. Worse, none of the RX codes on my Rite Aid - Walgreens bottles match up anymore when trying to call in a refill with their automated system. I almost had to go without one prescription that they didnt have in stock, if I had not gotten my doctor to call it in to the 24/7 pharmacy at Maine Med. Id use the 24/7 pharmacy at Maine Med still if it wasnt now so far out of my way.
I’ve always been a Rote Aid Pharmacy customer, but I just moved here and called in a prescription to the pharmacy to be refilled and the guys said they would fill it and to come right in. When I got here the lady looked at me like I was crazy and said it wasn’t filled and I have to wait!! Then I waited 5 minutes for a have something filled that should’ve already been done by the time I got there. Not impressed. Thankfully the woman who finally gave me my prescription was nice.
I LOVE THIS RITE AID!! I go here for almost everything! The pharmacist are friendly, and the workers are very good with their customer service
Terrible service. Waited on phone for 25 mins, no one answers. Have so many issues with my medication which I could just buy otc. Rite aid was 10x better, Im now going to find a new pharmacy that doeant make me spend 2 hours in total trying to get a simple medication.
The store is great but if you need a prescription within 12 hours you may not get it. I had to switch back to CVS pharmacy at Pine Tree Shopping Plaza
Nowhere to print coupons. Coupons wouldn’t clip and associate told me it was because the store doesn’t have WiFi(when I’m clearly on LTE) and didn’t have any solution for me. Lost my business, i left and I’m going to CVS
I go every day . I really like the personal they got on main st Westbrook . Go Taylor
Worst pharmacy I have ever done business with. Trying to get a Rx filled here is like negotiating with Neo Nazis... Since when can you not fill a schedule IV Rx 28 days from when you filled it last? These pharmacists love to assert control over others for no other reason than just because. Ill be bringing my families business elsewhere. Maybe if Rite Aid didnt hire non-green card holders for pharmacists then filling a damned Rx wouldnt be so hard. Theyre to worried about losing their license and not at all concerned for customer satisfaction. The greek pharmacist is a huge power hungry Nazi. Youd be better off just going to a private pharmacy which is what well be doing from now on.
I love going to Main St Westbrook very friendly and helpful
Called for refill.. Pharmacy personnel talked to me like a child.
I order on the phone, and go to pick it up they never have the prescription. I always have to go back because they dont know how to order
There is an older woman who works there that always seems so miserable...a little smile can go a long way...
Pharmacy staff are terribly unprofessional
Pharmacy drive thru is very slow and always have to go in.
Customers are a little on the rough side.
It’s too damn expensive
Pharmacy is soooooo slow
Way over priced 7 dollars for half gallon of ice cream that sells for 3.99 every where else and thats just one item.they take advantage of there coustomers.go some where else and save your money.....
