My tip for others is search elsewhere for your flooring needs. I had no problem getting a quote from the Carpet Specialist but it did not go well after that. I was told it would be two weeks until my carpet was delivered. After 3 weeks I called and was told by the end of the week. After another week i called again and got the classic oh it just came in and youre on my list of people to call. Then, they forgot to come on the day we had scheduled. They came shortly thereafter and the only positive thing i have to say is that my carpet was installed quickly. So quickly, in fact, that the installer made zero effort to clean up after himself. He left debris in my driveway, garage, and on 2 separate floors of my house. This debris included industrial staples left at the bottom of the stairs for my family to step on. So, short story long, take your business elsewhere.

Quoting process was easy, materials options were great, we stayed under budget and Jeremy was fantastic on the install at our home.
