Never going back to this location stuff in the way the freezer door is broken and no employee cares how this location is I would either take the bus to other family dollar locations were its more nice looking and no doors are broken and the employee would at pick up their store and care more of cleaning even how I had to move a box out of my way just to get to other side of store 😡😡 so this store is like were I wont ever be back less they clean there act to help with the store but until then I would either go to other family dollar location if I could I would either give this one no stars sorry no service from this customer any more

It has alot for a family dollar store. They have clothes, cookware,pictures,candles, holiday decorations, and more. I found some things that other places dont carry.

I go to the Westbrook family dollar store about once a week (at least). Most of the time to seek diapers. Size 5 snug and dry, huggies and they are ALWAYS out of stock! Small bags and large boxes. It has EVERY other size, but. I wish you would keep that in mind. Its obviously a popular size and brand and get more. I cant afford CVS prices. Please help! Theres obviously alot of parents who need the same size and brand.

I always find what Im looking for. The people there are always nice and fun to be around. The prices are awesome! They do there very best to stay stocked.

Company has no regards for environmental awareness or safety.Employees throw cigarette buts in front of the door and trashcan(which is also surrounded by trash.)I’m not sure If required to, but employees do not demonstrate regard for customers while smoking cigarettes and do not smoke more than 3 ft. Away from entrance.Some employees are curtious, some not, and all of them talk while on the job about how they hate their jobs in front of customers.NOT easily WHEELCHAIR or stroller accessible.Merchandise all over floor of store.

Love that store, needs way more clothes!!

Service is horrible... Theres always a long line and only one person on the registers if at all. Not to mention that 1 freezer broke down a month ago so theres 5 empty freezers beside it. The store is always a mess with stock carts and empty boxes in every isle.

Store manager is a very mean person. Has had me in tears with the way he treats me . Herd him complaing in the parking lot about me visiting the store 2x in a day. I am a disabled single mom without trasprtation so if i need to buy heavy items i run in two trips. I have an issue with the way he allows the cashiers to be disrespectful to customers and other employees.

Every time I go there the workers always seem pissed off and are never nice to the customers. They obviously hate their job but if it sucks so bad then just get a new one! Also the store is dirty, unorganized, and always smells bad.
