WD Matthews Machinery Company has used Messer Truck Equipment to install Adrian Steel shelves, cabinets, and racking in approximately 30 service vans over the last five years. They provide excellent service and always deliver on expectations. They have even provided warranty on installed equipment. Their price has been predictable and fair. We will continue to use Messer Truck Equipment for their reliability, price, and convenience.

They charged me 2.5 hours of labor at $100 when they only worked on my truck for an hour. I questioned it and they said it was right. I have been a customer for awhile but no more. After I posted this review Messer called me concerned about my review. They looked in to the billing and apparently are giving me a credit. Although it says as discussed which I was never called back and told this, I am happy with how they responded and will continue to use them as my plow service provider. I have changed my review to 4 stars. Thank you Messer!

I guess I should have looked at these horrible reviews first. Now I get it, it is true, they may have been a good company a long time ago. I have had similar experience even worse !! They didnt have enough help, still working on truck after they were closed, didnt even finish the job !!! The plow stick wasnt installed, they broke the factory harness and my light strip in the installation, so my entire left light and signal were out. I went to another garage that finished the work and replaced everything and told me what happened. I tried calling the salesman back, no return call. Got nowhere! ! So did the honest thing and just disputed the cost of the parts and fee for finishing the work, then the owner calls me..cant even own up to what they did, after I spoke to him, he acts all nice. ..but still wants all his money, I mean does he really care about his reputation, ?? How about greed..? Anyone who knows me as a business owner, I would never treat customers like this. Hey own up to your mistakes, be honest. And way to many people to talk to over there, crazy. I knew I should have stayed local and gone to Morrison and Sylvester. .

Had an issue with my sander. Destiny got us right in. She is quick and efficient as always. Dave worked hard to find the problem. By that same afternoon he had solved he issue. Good team work. Very pleased.

If you like having your time wasted and being lied to is what youre after, give them a call. Fisher pointed me in Messers direction for warranty work on a sander. I wont even waste my time storytelling. Mickey mouse operation.

Spent over an hour trying to buy the plow side harness I had many pictures and didn’t agree that it was the same...but was reassured that it was. I installed it and it was wrong brought it back the next day and within 5 minutes they brought out the harness that I originally was looking for only to be told they wouldn’t exchange and wanted another $200
