Burns put in a cedar fence for us, and its beautifully installed. They also helped us configure a system to easily detach a few of the panels that we need to very occasionally remove, which was a strange request. We could not be happier with the service and the responsiveness. They even came out to fix a low spot under one of the panels after the installation was complete.

I do not recommend Burns Fencing even though I have not had the opportunity to interact with them or see the works that they have done. The reason why I am not recommending Burns Fencing is because I am Deaf and use relay services to communicate via telephone-- they hung up on me three times without allowing me to explain them about relay services. I was motivated to give them business-- but if they are not going to take few seconds on the phone to LISTEN to the customer-- I cannot imagine what their customer service would be like in person.

I wish I could give a positive review but the woman who answered the phone (Debbie) was extremely rude and didnt seem to want my business therefore I took my business elsewhere. I give it one star but I would actually rate zero stars because if you dont want my business, then you dont deserve a star. Youd be better off just having a machine pick up than having someone whos losing business for you answering your phone.

Burns provided the best estimated price for service when compared to three other local companies. Their installation team professionally completed a beautiful job placing a cedar picket fence, along with gates. Highly recommended.
