Ordered a counter top from Blue Rock, went in to approve the slab and marked areas that were flawed. We were assured that these areas would be avoided or placed where they would not be highly visible. Counters were cut and installed with a huge blemish (one that was marked off) right in the middle of our counter. Everyone who has seen it says it looks absolutely horrible. Contacted Blue Rock and they send me a picture of the pre cut slab and the tape we had placed had been removed. They are basically not attempting to take ownership of their actions.Regardless!!! What company cuts a slab with a huge blemish front and center? So many things went wrong. From the bait and switch slab to the lack of quality control all the way to the poor response to our concern. My contractor said they will never work with these guys again. There’s a great place in Naples....go there to get your granite!!!!

Blue Rock was fantastic! They worked with the granite supplier for us to make sure we had a solid and perfect piece of granite for installation. We were able to be there for this as well so we knew the exact piece we were getting. The measurement and installation went perfectly. We could not be happier with the granite and it was so amazing that we can’t even see the seam between the two granite pieces. Paul is a great person to work with and listened to all of our requests. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I showed up there with an idea of what I wanted but unsure. They looked over all kinds of options with me, discussed the design and helped me settle on exactly what I wanted. I could not be happier with it, better than what I had ever anticipated. Excellent service, professional and never condescending. I would go back there in a heartbeat if I had another project. They were also very affordable and my price was lower than what I had planned for.

Great job..couldnt be happier. Our salesperson was a great help and our installer was a perfectionist and very pleasant always on time.

Great Business

This is not a 4 or 5 star service. More like a 2. My wife and I went to the showroom to inquire about granite for our countertops and the salesman was shortwith us and wouldnt take us to see what was available. I would not recommend!

After carefully installing my kitchen cabinets to as an exact level as I could using a laser level (see pictures), definitely within 1/8 all around. My thought was that I might be talking about shimming with 1/16 shims but instead the installers came with wooden wedges, much like youd use for putting in a door. The consequence is that my granite counter top is nearly 1/2 out of level. This will cause a problem with the tile backsplash installation, as well as an aesthetic problem. When the tile is in place it will be more obvious how out of level the installation is.

Im impressed with Blue Rock! We went into their showroom on a Saturday, looked around, and picked out a countertop fairly easily. The person working, Brian, was very helpful and told us to email him the dimensions and hed give us an estimate, which we did. The whole process was smooth and fairly quick (as compared to other trades). It took about a month from when we first saw the showroom to actual install. There were 3 appointments: templating, layout, and install. Our countertops look great and seem secure!

The service and instillation were extremely professional and my new countertops are beautiful !
