The individuals that work at Namco Westbrook are very helpful and knowledgeable. I could get some of my chemicals nearby but choose to travel to Westbrook approximately 40 miles to buy them there. They’ve been very helpful in helping me transition from a DE filter to a Hayward sand filter. Very, very satisfied with the crew at the Westbrook location.

I bought a 30 pool early this spring. The sales person was very helpful, there were only a few pools available with the pandemic. They encouraged me to order soon before stock was gone. I had to wait for the earthwork for 8 weeks when I finally got to assemble my pool I discovered I had a 27 sidewall instead of a 30. I dreaded telling the store of their mistake. I was very pleased with the managers response. He was immediately was on the phone with the warehouse and I had the correct pool wall the NEXT day! I dont judge companies because a mistake was made. Its how they react to it. Thank you Namco Westbrook for your great customer service.
So far they have had everything i need. I recommend calling ahead. There is a limit on purchases of some stuff. Jerry has gone above to help me get my pool up and running . I have had a few problems. Dont get mad at places for not having stuff. Its not their problem. Doing their best.
Fantastic. Walked in ready to buy a patio set and left with it same day. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered free delivery but I wanted to pick it up myself. When we arrived I was afraid we wouldnt be able to fit everything in our truck but Scott to the rescue! He helped us Jenga-stack everything so we could leave in one trip and brought out cardboard to put between the furniture to prevent scraping in transit. I think he even stayed past the end of his shift to help!
I decided I wanted a pool for my back yard, my husband and I went to namco in Westbrook and spoke to Jerry the salesman at namco, he helped us with everything we needed to get started. We had to put the pool up ourselves, due to the heavy demand in pool installation, he told us exactly what we needed to do to get our pool up and running. We have gone and called Jerry several times with questions and hes always willing to help with a great attitude and a smile on his face!I want to give a huge thank you to Jerry for all his help. If anyone is looking to purchase a pool I highly recommend Jerry for all your pool needs!

Bought a pool in January after being assured that it would be installed the first week of June. 1700 bucks to install the damn thing and just got a call that they are way behind wouldnt even commit to a date. She guestimated 4 weeks. I had a feeling the guy was lying to me just to sell a pool. Guess I was right.

I bought a pool from these people back in January I was told it was going to be delivered in 14 to 20 business days I never got the pool so I then called them they said the pool was sitting in a wear house until it gets put in, witch was clearly a lie. I got a call from corporate today telling me that my pool is on back order wont be here until June 15th then will have to wait another 14 days for to ship to me. This is ridiculous I feel like I should of been contacted sooner so I could of made some different decisions. I bought a pool from this company thinking it was gonna be put in in May Because thats what I was told and Ive called them all along every few weeks to check in. Im very frustrated and think this is poor customer service.
I recently visited your store in Westbrook Maine. I have not visited that store since last year, and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store as well as the customer service. I had the pleasure to meet the new manager, I believe his name is Jerry. He was very professional and courteous. Keep up the good work
We got great service from Eric and Ryan at the Westbrook store.On our first visit Eric explained what was broken in our filter, told us where to find it and how to install it.We got the part but couldn’t get it together so ran out to the store and Eric and Ryan put it together for us.It’s such a treat to shop and have experts working there.Namco’s our pool store from now on .

Had everything I needed and a few things I wanted but couldnt afford! Lol.
Ordered pool on april 25th arrived on may 4th. The contractor from mass contacted me and set up time. Never showed up no answer . You called his number went right to voicemail and voicemail was full. 6 more times he set up dates and no show. Contacted namco and they said they arent involved with that end of the transaction. Asked Jerry for the customer service and he disnt have it. I had to do some searching for myself to get a number . Called them no answer and the voicemail is full. Now I am stuck with a pool sitting my driveway . Spend the extra money and get the somewhere else .
Jerry the manager was very helpful and took pride in his work. Store looked amazing.
They are always ready to help me figure out what I need to get my pool running or close. I can usually count on someone from the store walking me right to the chemicals or items I need. I highly recommend this store for their customer service and pool selection.
Very poor customer service. Having to run my own water tests when I go in. Staff could care less.

Providing 1 star would be to high of value for this store. Went in for a salt water system and was pointed to where they were. Staff had no knowledge of the systems and unable to answer my questions so I started reading the boxes while staff played on their cell phones. Maybe they were googling how to do their jobs.
Awful experience! They do not deserve 1 star!! Poor customer service! Employees were to busy on there phones to look up and greet me let alone to help assist with questions or locations of products within store. Purchased pool ladder when it was brought out to me the box was open with pieces sticking out. I asked him for a new box that didn’t look like it was a returned package. I was told that’s all they have and if I didn’t like it to go back in and return it. They never offered to order me a new one, no apologies nothing! This is my 2nd time in this store with the same customer service. Very dissatisfied!
Great prices on pool chemicals, accessories...
I went in for a pool filter and they dont have complete kits. You have to buy the pieces and know what parts go with each other. The woman working there had no idea what I needed for a 28 ft above ground. With help like that, might as well save a trip and buy it on line. Thats were I went after going to Namco and it was more informative than the store.
I should start this by saying I have been a loyal Namco customer for the 8 years we have had our pool. I have never had a problem with any product I had purchased there before now so I had not experienced their return policy before this.I recently bought a chair from Namco and when I got it home and sat on it - it fell apart. I brought it back THE VERY NEXT DAY to exchange it for another (more expensive) set and the store manager said she really should not take it back because it was broken. She was the one who had helped me buy it the day before so I reminded her I just bought it the day before.Her response to this was, How do I know your kids didnt jump on it and break it? When I said she was being unreasonable she told me this was the Namco corporate policy but she would do me a favor and take the return. I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I would not recommend shopping somewhere that does not stand behind their products.

Dont do it.........gave a one star for poor customer service. Bought a pool through them and installers left the floor of the liner full of creases and lap overs. Ordered a part through the Westbrook store back in May this yr to replace a broken bottom cap. Two months later never got the part and they couldnt provide any answers to where it was. Offered no help to find it. Least to say Im out of 30 bucks
6/1/19 Posted hours open until 7 pm arrived at 4:10 pm to a sign on the door saying “ sorry for the inconvenience back at 4:40”. We waited until 4:40 at which time the sign was changed to “ be back at 5 pm”. 4 customers waiting.. what a way to run a business!
Gave them a one star because no stars was not an option.namco is such a JOKE we bought a 6000.00 dollar pool and had to cancel the order do to medical reasons and they still after almost 2 months have not giving us our money back. We have gotten a hold of corporate on 2 different occasions and they said they would call us back and we have not heard from them and now they do not answer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
They are fine if they have what you need in stock and you arent returning anything. Their service and return policy is terrible, they are accusatory and looking for ways to avoid having any responsibility.
Stopped in on a Sunday. Couldnt find prices on some of the furniture and staff made no effort to check in with us even though the place was empty. Limited selection of funriture but lots of jacuzzis and pool equipment.
