I have never bought a brand new sled from them before but i have brought my sleds there to be serviced and warranty work. They fit me right in and got me back on the snow that same week! Deb was THE best to deal with and is incredibly knowledgeable about everything in there! Can’t say enough about how great they’ve been to me. Highly recommend

Called to ask about service the woman said no to the bike i have and i tried to tell her that the web was Suggesting them as a authorized shop for that bike and she wanted nothing to do with hearing me out sorry but i was just trying to explain this not being rude ! i’ll make sure to stay clear of this place!

Honestly, was a little skeptical at first about what to expect, but everyone has been super nice and helpful. The owners are straight forward, cut and dry, to the point talkers. These great New Englanders are life savers! I was in the middle of my bike trip and my victory cross country oil drain plug started leaking. 900 miles from home and they dropped what they were working on to get me back on the road. Made my day and we made it home. Great job! Much appreciated!

Walked in hoping to buy a snowmobile. I wondered around for 15 mins and saw at least 4 employees no one asked if I needed help.

I called them with some parts inquiries for a sled I was working on. They were willing to spend an extended amount of time answering my questions and helping me figure out what I needed. They even got a tech from the shop on the phone with me to answer a couple of technical questions I had about the repair I was doing. They were extremely helpful then and I have dealt with them on several occasions since, had them service several vehicles and bought more parts from them with nothing but excellent, quality service. I highly recommend taking a look at them next time you find yourself in the market.

Im in my 2nd Slingshot purchased from Westport Motorsports and cannot say enough good things about them. Ive had recalls and warranty claims over the last few years and never once had an issue! Service and people are terrific and I would not hesitate buying my next new slingshot from them! They know how to keep this customer happy.

I brought my new sled here to be looked at. They said 1 -2 weeks. I called back 3 weeks later and they said they still cant figure the problem out and to give them more time. 4 weeks later they said they broke something and expected me to pay for them to fix what THEY broke. NEVER going back to them.

Easy to do business with!. From Deb in the parts department in ordering parts for the sleds to the service department fixing and maintaining the sleds. Plenty of parking for trailers when dropping off and picking up. Great location, great prices and great people. Thanks for your help...

Called on a leftover to purchase, good deal but told the owner mike that I needed a machine for my own property to groom trails. he sold me a machine meant for deep snow only for cooling purposes, totally wrong machine it ran so hot I just parked it, totally worthless. He took advantage of a 70 year old to get rid of a machine

I stopped by yesterday afternoon to check and see if they did state inspections and the guy at the counter said Yes, normally by appointment but let me see if we can get you in now and they did, took 30 minutes, during which time I spoke with Mike to inquire about a couple of bikes on the showroom floor and he was very knowledgeable about the brand. Due to the good professional service I received I plan to make a future purchase here at some point. There are a couple of bad reviews on here, I cant speak for them, but I had a very pleasant experience at West-Port Motorsports and I do recommend you check them out.

Went in there some time ago and spoke with a sales person, Mike. Very informative, Knew his product line well as well and the competitors product line. I ended up purchasing that day and have since been back for 4 other major purchases and have been very happy with each one. Service has been equally as good. Each of the items I have purchased have exclusively been back to the dealership for service and I have received nothing but stellar treatment. All in all I do highly recommend purchasing from Westport Motorsports.

I called to get a recall done on my sportsman the guy who picked up told me they dont like to do warranty work until their slow season, he told me to call back in 2 or 3 weeks to see if they were caught up with their good work to even give me an appointment date.

We are local and placed an order on their website expecting follow up or a call that the parts were in. Two weeks go by, no call, no email, so we call. We are told we dont have online ordering... ok, but you do, you just dont take pre payment. She recognized our name and had seen the info come through, but didnt act on it. Very odd way to do business. Shut your on line ordering down if you are going to ignore it.

I previously reviewed this and it was taken off. Why?I drove 4 hours to get there to buy an ATV they said they had in stock. They lied. When I arrived they said it was sold a week ago and that I must be mistaken. They got loud and threatening so I left. Again, I recommend you not waste your time and money. Whats wrong with an honest review?

Customer service was painfully slow while the 2 people at the counter chatted with another customer. Once the guy behind the counted acknowledged me I told him what I needed and he said something about it to the woman who was still working with another customer and continued to sit and chat. Once the woman was done she looked up my part, which was not in stock. Bushings for a Ranger Crew. It takes 8 for each corner and they only kept 6 in stock. She said it was because it was winter and they stock winter parts. These machines are used with tracks, plows, and snowblowers. They are year round tools that they sell but do not carry common parts for.

Just bought a new sled from the guys at Westport and I would highly recommend using them to people. Very knowledgeable on product and offered sound advice. I will be bringing my sled back to them for service and add-on’s in the near future!

He let me travel 200 miles each way to look at a machine he called mint condition. It had scatches, dents, hole in the seat and rust on a 2016 model with 1600 mIles on it. Wanted 12800.00. Wasnt even cleaned or serviced!Didnt even say sorry or even offer a lower price. Very poor run business if you asked me.AND VERY DISHONEST

Went there to finish buying a motorcycle for my husband and I had no choice but to bring my infant, she started crying when we were in the middle of signing paperwork and every time I had to sign something she would start to cry again(I had to stop rocking the carseat). Every time I stopped rocking the carseat and she started to cry he got up and gently started to rock her so she wouldnt cry. I personally found it extremely nice of him, in my experience most people would either ignore it or get irritated. I could not thank him enough!

I called Westport Motorsports to inquire about pricing on a new ranger 900 crew (roughly a 16 thousand dollar machine) I had told the guy the price somebody else gave me, I was giving him the chance to match or give me a better deal. He imeadiatly started calling me a liar and was raising his voice in a threatening way. I replied with Im just checking if you want to make a deal but I guess he didnt. Needless to say I bought the ranger that day from maine-Ly action sports in Oxford and they were great!!! If you want to feel like your purchasing your side by side from a Thug, I recommend Westport motor sports, if you want to be treated with respect and given a better price, go anywhere but there!!!!

I shopped around for a month for RZR 1000 Westport gave me the best price gave me the best service and made the the whole experience of joy and if youre ever searching for A UTV ATV or snowmobile in southern Maine this is the only place I would shop

Thought there would be more accessories apparel and being a Polaris dealer I figured that they would have the newest snowmobiles there which they dont even have one on display on the floor
