UPDATED: A couple of months ago, I gave these folks a 5-star review based on 2 purchases. Unfortunately, my opinion has changed. My first order with them went well so I ordered again, but once I had a problem with my second order, they were less than helpful. The items I ordered did not fit my vehicle as Id thought they would - when I told them in an email that I ordered these items due to a statement on their website that I found misleading, I received absolutely no response at all. They just completely ignored me. I suppose I could still return these, but I would have to pay shipping and possibly a 15% restock fee (I cant say for sure because no one will answer my emails).All I know at this point is: Ignoring your customers concerns is NOT the way to encourage repeat business. We are a Jeep family and own multiple vehicles, but now Ill look elsewhere for my parts...

Love the rubber floor mats for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They fit like a glove and grip to your shoes. The back seat floor mats are a bit tricky to snap together but with a bit of effort they are great! Fast delivery and nice price. Will be buying the cargo mat next. Thank you!!

I ordered two pieces of Mopar goodness for my JKU Rubicon. They arrived as expected in original packaging. I can now block some of the rays from that burning orb making it 119 F in my hometown and I have a place for my sunglasses to live.

I ordered a Jeep JK Transmission Cooler (OEM Style) from your website and it stated it would take several weeks to get it, which I was ok with that because I didn’t need it until about that time of delivery. Then when the huge package was delivered it was discovered that the item that came wasn’t what I ordered at all. When I contacted your sales department by phone it took several days for them to get back with me and they said they would provide me with a UPS Shipper to have the item shipped back to your location. I then let them know that the box was to big for me to put in my vehicle so they said they said they would have UPS pick it up at my house and would get the correct item I ordered sent to me. Well the day was set up for UPS to pick up the package and they never showed up. So I contacted your department and let them know that the package was not picked up, so after several days went by another pickup date was set up. This time UPS came by and picked up the package. This went on for several weeks of me having to move this huge box around because it was always in the way and I couldn’t leave it outside because of the constant rain. This was just a long drawn out process that I felt should have never happened. I did finally get what I ordered but way after when I needed it.

Placed an order a week ago tomorrow. Sure as heck charged my card right away but no progress on order. Asked for an update 3 days ago and again yesterday nothing. 48 hours to an email response is not out of line. Going to dispute the charge if I do not hear from them by tomrrow.

Great pricing on OEM parts and the only place I found that had reasonable shipping on smaller Mopar parts. Dealer quoted me $97 and I got it for $34 after shipping which was very quick.

Would not offer a refund for parts that were never received. Beware.
