Took a while to get my vehicle back and I had to bring it twice. Took a while to get a loaner car as well. Overall they took care of the issue and I was satisfied
So far so good, got off to a rough start this morning when was told I have to leave it all day, I work using my car and requested I rather wait to get engine fixed due to oil pressure sensor going off, was hearing a clicking noise coming from engine and was told everything will be ok, I pray this won’t be a reoccurrence
I was traveling and my oil life level flashed low so I randomly called the nearest jeep dealership closest to me. I spoke to Ellen the customer relations manager who put me at ease and told me to come right now to the express lane. Once I got there she told me to see Kit. He was amazing start to finish. I was in and out of service and before i knew it I was ready to continue my travels. I would highly recommend Westberry jeep service for all your needs.
They where a huge help I would highly recommend then and they r open late best services to boot from any other Chrysler dealership I been to !!

Bought a preowned jeep from them. The uconn started to go bad. Somehow. They got it covered. Put me in a loner for weeks while the part was ordered. So glad I bought a car and had their service

Went for oil change on their quick service line. The service person came out to car after 5 minutes to write me up. We went inside and he told me that I needed a whole bunch of factory required service. As normal their prices for the these services were extremely out of line, and I get them done somewhere else for much less using Mopar parts. I said I wanted an oil change only. In the past they would take their competitors coupons, they do not offer any and wanted $80 for an oil change. That is ridiculous, Town and Country has coupon for $35. I left there and will not be returning. Wow buy a SUv there for $45k and get that kind of service.
I went here for service and was helped by Liz, it was a very pleasant experience. I had a Nissan before and the service was nowhere near the level of service you get here. When my car was ready Dean had taken over since Liz was gone for the day and they covered all bases, everything I needed was done and all information was passed over with no hiccups. Communication between staff is great and makes things easier for the customer.

So in the beginning I had really great experiences for oil changes simple stuff. Then I had a pretty unfortunate run on the service end a few consecutive times and figured I’d never return. Recently I needed some things only the dealer would be able to service so I returned, and Kit Tann really turned my past negative experiences around. He was on it from the jump and really went the extra mile across the board.
Been a Dodge Customer for about 3 years now. Been to a few Dodge service departments around New York but definitely had the best customer service by far in Westbury Jeep Services. Thanks to Liz Avila for being such a sweetheart and having the patients to actually thoroughly hear my late frustrations about my car. I believe, thanks to service members like herself customers can have more peace of mind knowing that their car is in good hands while it’s being serviced or even just a simple maintenance check. Thank you Liz for your outstanding customer service. It was absolutely a pleasure for the quick 10 mins that I was in there.
Oil change was quick-went through the express lane. They get busy on weekends though. So plan ahead. They did offer to send me home in an Uber though which was cool, for no charge
Just had to say how much I love my duo of Liz and Dean!!!! Liz is the best person to talk to and she is amazing with people! Its like having a cool older sister. And Dean is THE MAN! He got all my problems fixed and called me bro so I felt pretty cool. I normally go down the road to get my problems fixed and while yes, Westbury Jeep does take a little longer than normal sometimes, the fact that they are open late week nights is huge and I will sure be returning to them soon! I ordered some parts online for my Grand Cherokee. The replies back were quick and the prices were low. I would come back for additional parts in the future.
I purchased my Jeep Compass from Westbury Jeep in November 2020 upon viewing the vehicle I notice a defect in the screen of the stereo but I was told it wasn’t an issue and the service department would repair it. The day after my purchase Westbury service department contacted me to schedule the car repair. I informed the representative that I found another minor issue and the vanity light in the vehicle wasnt working and AGAIN told this isn’t an issue and can be fixed. So I brought the car in a few days later for the repairs. When I dropped the car off I was told the repairs would take a “A FEW DAYS” and I was given a courtesy car. 2 weeks later I got a call “my car was ready”. I arrived the next day to pick up the car and to my surprise when I opened the car door I notice the radio screen was NOT repaired. I asked what happened but no one had a clear answer why the stereo wasn’t repaired and just asked to take back the courtesy car. I was told they would find out why the repair wasn’t done. I still don’t have an answer why the repairs were done but they kept my car for another 3 weeks!!! I called my service advisor multiple times to ask what was going on & it was always the run around or even worse he stopped taking my calls. I had to go on the Westbury jeep service website to track down managers and etc to find out what was happening! Once I sent an email I conveniently received a call from a “service manager” and he seemed genuinely concerned. He told me he was going to look into everything and get back to me right away. All the sudden my car was ready for pick up. The service manager I spoke to seemed eager to resolve everything, I was even promised to be reimbursed for a months car note for the inconvenience but guess what! I sent the paperwork needed for that reimbursement & I haven’t heard back from him or ANYONE from Westbury Jeep.A few days turned into “35 days, YES 35 days the service dept had my vehicle.I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone because of the service dept. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different Jeep!-DANIELLE

Derrick at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM Service & Parts helped us get our Promaster back on the road several times. He offered pick up & drop service & free towing. In my opinion he is the best service advisor there. He even notified us that we had several recalls on our vehicle and sent a valet to pick up the truck that same day. Our transmission went out a few days ago which is a common problem for Promasters, within that same week the vehicle was picked up by the tow truck, and the transmission was replaced 3 days later. I received a notice from Chrysler regarding a recall on my 2009 Town & Country minivan. I called this dealer to make an appointment, and after waiting about 10 minutes for them to find out if they had the parts in stock to service my van, they made and confirmed the appointment for the following day (today) at 9:15. So, I showed up at 9:05 the following day. The service admin person greeted me and proceed to confirm my info and the reason of my visit. I sat in their waiting room patiently for 4 hours and 15 minutes until eventually the service person came to me and gave me the news that in fact they DID NOT have the part to service the car!!!! This is not the first time I have problems with this dealer. Hence, I can say with high confidence, they are the most incompetent service dealer I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, I have to go elsewhere to get my car serviced. I hope this review saves you the aggravation I experienced. If you are looking for service on your car, I suggest you look at some other dealer in your area.
I took it in for a differential service and ended up with a damaged mirror that was refused to be replaced after going on a test drive with the advisor and him clipping the mirror on another car. Sloppy repairs and plenty of mis-diagnoses. If you value your investment in your vehicle and your time as a person then dont bother with this dealership. The only good thing is their parts department.
So I noticed a red glow on my dash... Yep, my oil was at 5% paranoid, I make a quick call got the address, and within minutes I was at Service! My car was taken in, my Advisor, Yvonne was perfect! She communicated with me throughout my time there (which wasnt long) and had out the door (as I was late for work). I would definitely consider visiting this service center again! Service center, indeed! The amenities here while youre waiting for your vehicle are top notch. Always coffee, bagels, danish, tea. TV, newspapers and several seating options. Oil change in around an hour, no appointment necessary. One time I needed a repair that took longer and they got me an Uber home and back so I could wait at home. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
I contacted LIZ ALVIA in the service department with an emergency situation. I needed 4 brand new tires ASAP. She immediately located my preferred brand of tires and got me a same day appointment. Upon arrival, my vehicle presented another issue in which she quickly came up with a resolution. Liz Alvia has done a phenomenal job ensuring all my vehicle needs were met. She went above and beyond to ensure I received exceptional customer service. I will continue to give my business to Dodge because of her actions. I believe she deserves recognition, as she exemplifies a high standard of customer service and Attention to detail. I highly recommend her to any first responders and Military personnel, she appreciates your service.

Went there in October to get a jeep wrangler diesel. Wanted sticker and a long wait. I dont pay sticker for a jeep. Went online and found the jeep. I saved thousands for the exact jeep I wanted. Had to travel a few hundred miles. But it was worth it. BTW, the dales person said I would never be able to buy the jeep for less than sticker anywhere. This place has a captive audience Long Island. Do a little homework and shop around. I took a ride with my son and made a day of it picking up our new wrangler

Best dealership Ive ever been to! They actually do what they say I was waiting for the bait and switch and it never came. Crystal with a k is the sweetest nicest young sales lady Ive ever come across. Usually you go to a dealership they try and sell you at the highest price when you walk out the door they say let me get my manager and then they give you a lower price which is insulting cuz they should have been giving you the lower price at the beginning. Not this place they gave me a price that beat the other dealership by $40 a month boom! I signed

Absolutely Incredible from start to finish! I will never bring my car anywhere else. Derrick and his team at The Westbury Jeep Dodge Chrysler service center are truly above and beyond amazing! Derrick is professional, polite and patient. He took the time to walk me through step-by-step everything that was going on with my vehicle and answered any silly questions I had. He listened to my concerns & I truly felt like he was there to help me, unlike those other places that are just looking for money; I felt like Derrick was their todo right by the customer. A+ on Customer Service.The Car itself came back better than the day I bought it from the Westbury showroom (another great experience)! The mechanic working on my vehicle, Zach I believe was his name, did a remarkable Job! Everything was fixed, tuned and all my dashboard lights were off; in record breaking time I might add. Zach left the car immaculately clean, which is a huge plus for me. He even came out to talk with Derrick & myself about the car, when I know he didnt have to.Overall; Derrick, Zach and his team are amazing! Take it from me, dont take your car anywhere else than to the boys at Westbury! 10/10
Long Long wait times prepare to wait 1 to 2 hrs for an oil change,I would only recommend going here if the oil change is free w/o the purchase of any other services.....Thats the Catch, in order to receive a free oil change they Overcharge you for other maintenance Like changing a cabin filter or rotating tires or topping of fluids.🙄😏🥸

How could I forget the ladies name that helped me when I called your service center, not only for the reason we share the same first name (Kelly) but for the fact that this lady was extremely helpful, pleasant and definitely knows what she is talking about! She returned calls when promised and made me feel at easy about the service happening to my car. I will continue to get my car serviced at this location even though it is a 40 minute ride for me and recommend it to anyone I know. Great service all around. I called up the other day as I received a notice of a recall on my Jeep and wanted to schedule an appointment. I received a call back from Maryann stating I didn’t need an appointment and can just show up the express lane for this recall. I showed up this morning waited 25 minutes in the express lane only to be turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. I showed my voicemail and was told I need to come back with an appointment. No sincere apology for the inconvenience and intentionally wasting my time. I purposely bought my car from westbury Jeep because of the their great reputation sadly, most my dealings with the service department has been negative. I’m never one to leave bad reviews but this was truly unprofessional.

Zero stars should definitely be an option because that is what Westbury Ram Jeep service department deserves. Dropped my truck off for what I was told was a 3 hour job that turned into 7 days and still nothing was done to my truck. Apparently a part had to be ordered for a recall that need to be done. That part has zero to do with the main reason why my truck was being dropped off. I wasnt given any update or information at any point during those 7 days. Picked my truck up once I found out nothing had been done to it because I needed it due to severe weather conditions pending and work. I asked to speak to manager and 15 mins later still no manager was available. So I left and was told the manager would call me as soon as he is available. It is now 2 weeks since I picked up my truck (with absolutely no service being done to it), 3 weeks since part was ordered and still no update, no follow up and no calls from Management. So I called for an update on the pending part today. Only for the service advisor to try and transfer me to the parts department. End result the part is still not in.
Since the pandemic started service has gone down hill. Only looks like they have half the staff they had. It’s just a shame I used to think they were the best around and have purchased 4 cars from them because of the service center. Now I regret buying the last one there. It will be the last one unless something changes very soon.

I would recommend to friends and anyone who’s in need of great service! I currently have a Dodge and the transmission failed just before the original warranty expiration. I had a horrible experience with the Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge Service department asking me to pay $1900 out of pocket even though my car was still under warranty! They didn’t offer a loaner and were plain rude in the situation!Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge people were professional, helpful and the whole experience was just pleasant! They offered me a brand new loaner car and updated me on the repair status throughout the process! Special thank you to Chate! He processed all the paperwork and kept in touch to let me know when the service under warranty is approved, when the new parts arrived and was helpful till the end of the process!I rarely leave reviews, but I’m really happy with the way they took care of everything! Had a tough time with my Jeep over the last month. Been to service department 3 times. After a replacement of radiator, same problem consisted. What I thought was an error was immediately rectified. Steve with customer service & Ellen were really a pleasure to deal with, and at the end of the day did the right thing! Really did go way above & beyond! Tremendous customer service.

Last visit there I had a emergency repair that needed to be done of course 2 day’s before a road trip I had planned for months and Kelly who has been my service advisor for years not only took me in right away but fixed my car and got me on my way next day !!!! Person in front desk for parts was rude .(march 9 2021, 12.10 pm )I was going there every week for parts and adding shop discount. This time Person one the part tried to give me hard time for purchase with saying that they dont deal with shops . After all he said if you do not remember phone number for shop i cant sell parts ? Whatt!! Thats so unprofessional you guys are not the only one who has that air filter . If you are mad cant do your job go find something else . Never go there again !!
Great experience here! I bought a Jeep Cherokee about 2 weeks ago and was having some electrical and brake problems already so I took it in on a Thursday and Derric was my service specialist. He was prompt, helpful and after I forgot about the brake issue, I told him and he had a tech guy come in on the weekend on his day off to have my vehicle done in a timely manner!! I wasn’t charged for anything as the vehicle was so new and Derric ensured the car was running well after I picked it up on a Sunday- which was his day off. Went above and beyond. I’ve never had a positive experience at a dealership or service center before Westbury! Awesome team 😊

I have been to this service center 2 times and each time was worse then the last. Most recent visit they had my car for two week, if I didn’t call the service advisor Dominick then I wouldn’t have heard back at all. My car had idling issues and radio stopped working and I was told nothing was wrong. Fine, I believed him. Once I got my car back the very next day after calling I still had same issues, the front end was shaking (a new issue) and they left my car of empty. On the repair order they gave back to me tech supposedly on drove car 2 miles...i left my car with an almost full tank. I feel like nothing was reviewed and they didn’t be bother to do an inspection (that’s due this month) while they had my car for two weeks. They didn’t offer it and remind either. Will NOT be going back to this service center.

Dealt with Dominick and Wayne. I must say these are the worst two advisors in this place and are totally bringing the place down. No matter how wrong the staff could be Dominick will cover for them. Hands down the worst service Ive ever received. Wayne will try to charge you anything just to get the bill up. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone for service. Dominick will tell you one thing and turn around and say he never said it. Westbury Jeep needs new service advisors. The worst experience Ive ever had. Went to the service department this morning because my brand new Grand Cherokee (with less than 500 miles on it) has turned off on me on multiple occasions. It even shut off on me on the parkway while traveling at 60mph!! Was told I would have to leave it in the shop for at least a week. They stated that even If i made an appointment they car would have to be there at least week. I asked if I made an appointment would they provide me a loaner for a week? Their answer was a flat out NO. Even though I got the car from Westbury Jeep I was refused a loaner because I went thru a leasing company and not one of their floor salesperson. So now I will be contacting Chrysler headquarters to see what my options are because I cant be without a car for a week. Until I get any kind of response from headquarters I am forced to drive a brand new car that Im terrified to drive because it can shut off on me at any time!!!
I do not blame Westbury. Its Fiat and thier junk. Radio was not working. Ordered it. 2 weeks later called in. Went there they exchanged radio. Blew out the computer model. 3 to 6 weeks for a new one. Here is where it gets good. Gave car back with dash light flashing no speedometer or gages no heat no defroster because they took dash apart. On the day if 12 inch snow how do you drive. Better yet emergencey responder to patients during blizzard thats why we have a jeep. Do you call that being responsible? No loaners.You decide.

On Thursday, my boyfriend took his car in for the 30k mile service on the Chrysler he purchased from them as well as an inspection and new tires. He got a complimentary car detail due to an unsatisfactory detail previously. It was little more than a car wash with interior vaccuuming. All the vents were neglected and dusty, the center console wasnt touched, there was a tissue between the seats, and boyfriend removed scuff marks with a magic eraser. So disappointing.

Horrible,went in there for a simple oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment. Took almost 3 hours was promised 1 hour. When i got my car back there was oil stains all over my just washed and waxed Jeep SRT hood and bumper also Oil stains all over my engine bay. Looked like a rookie or someone in training worked on my car. Very bad experience hope no one else goes through that with their new and expensive vehicles!

Bought a cpo 2019 jeep from dealership and had a decent experience. As with most dealerships you need to play the games with the sales guys, manager and finance guy. I came in ready to buy with all homework done but just needed my asking price and their agreement for sale. Watch out for last minute standard invoice charges- tell them no even though they say they are standard on all sales (not true). Legally they need to be disclosed before final price is agreed upon. Service department looks good - they put my Jeep on the lift for an inspection before purchase.. very helpful.
