I LOVED this store and Im so sad they are closing. This is the back of the store. There is still a decent amount of stuff but its hit or miss. You cant walk in there looking for something specific. The whole store is 60% and 70% off

Century 21, Old Country Rd., Westbury. Clothes, handbags, perfume, shades, shoes.Head straight to the lower level (LL). Whats there? Savings & Style for decorating your home, apt rental, condo, dorm, townhouse wherever you reside. Luxury and beauty cannot be contained with choices like these. But, the budget can. Century 21, has found a way to tame the budget. Yes, we dont have to break the budget to buy nice things or have your home purchases stress you out before and or, after the bills come in. Housewares, bathroom, sheets, pillows, curtains, curtain rods, paintings, luggage etc. etc., lets go shopping. I bought 3 faux leather storage bin/chest. Colors came in black, white, brown, leopard print, orange, red, light gray, navy blue. In my head I envisioned a luxury looking reading room with white accents and light blue colors through out the room. Also, accented by a crystal hanging desk lamp and, tall standing crystal hanging lamp. I bought the lamps online at Raymour & Flanagan. The light gray colored bin/chest, sits horizontal against the wall. On top of the chest/bin, sits two pillows, one has shocking white fur all around. The other pillow is oblong shape, the color is powder blue with the words princess, written in script...LOL. Above thechest/bin, is a beautiful breath taking blue and white painting, that I picked up at Home Goods. The bin doubles as a storage for winter or summer clothes, its pretty deep. The length is long enough to sleep comfortable on top. The max weight is 500lbs. So, this is great when company comes. I give them my bed and my chest/bin holds up well for me. I could also, slide two chest/bins together and you guessed it, a full size bed I have. But, no need. I keep the other two chest/bins in the livingroom. Clothes are in one storage, and winter boots/shoes are in another. I like to entertain. So, guests are quite comfortable sitting on them, they compliment my sofa, paintings, and accent chairs. Everyone loves the faux leather chest/bins. They really do look like the real thing. They hold up well, still look new. Their great when you dont have enough closet space. Decorated my bathroom with everything Century 21. My apt, when I got it, wasnt in the best shape. But, with help from friends, family, and, Century 21, it looks like luxury living in a cozy apartment. Handbags are upstairs, they look fabulous. But, honestly, dont hold up over time. I collect watches. So, I usually pay full price. I was shocked Century 21, had some in my collection, at a greatly reduced price, saving $100. They also carry FitBit watches and accessories. Perfumes are sold for pretty much the usually price. The difference is you get something extra with it. It pays always to shop around, just put Century 21 on your list of places to shop.

Had gone and redeemed the Scratch Card and both these two Touch Smart Watches. The Receipt too contains 20% OFF for one person for the Observatory of The Freedom Tower. Nice shopping, huge Store, quick billing...

I hate department stores, I can only tolerate Target... Century 21 was brought 2 me a couple years ago by an ex and I have only shopped for clothes here ever since, well the one in Queens off Queens Blvd but this one is great too, sad to see it go, guess its back to only being able to deal with Target.

Just drove out of my way to come looking to make some purchases at this store which I have done many times before. 10 to 6 p.m. walked into the store and I was advised that theyre closed how in the world can expect to do business when they close at 6 p.m. dont they realize people work?? This is a seven-day-a-week closing at 6 p.m. the way retail stores are dying you think they would put a little effort into trying to maintain the business

Great selection and diversity of clothing for some stellar discounts on premium brands, but you are subject to two major constraints. The first being, they may not always have what you are looking for, or in the size you need. And second being, to find what you want, you are gonna have to be willing to dig for it. Plenty of parking to be had and staff were helpful whenever you needed them.

It used to be a great place to shop but since they are planning to move next year, it changed, employees dont care much for anything. The part that remains that same is the security, they always greet you, most likely they are not employed by C21. I just hope management will address this situation.Selection yet to be desired...

First time Ive been here in a long time. The selection of clothes is pretty good some of it is last season but in very good condition. You can definitely save some money here. Overall though like everywhere in Long Island, prices of definitely going up. But I think you still get good value for your money here.

Only doing a fair job with social distancing. And unfortunately the overall appearance of the store was a bit messy. Do not get me wrong the store is never super clean. I have seen the store cleaner during the holidays when you expect the mess

Ive always enjoyed shopping here because they have a very unique selection of clothes for men, women, and great quality kids clothes. They have random houseware, shoes, bags and accessories too but the clothes is what I go for. Also the place is large. Ive been to the Century21 in Downtown Brooklyn and it doesnt have as much of a selection compared to this one. Currently they have a great sale of 65% off items with a red dot (as of 7/11, I dont know when the sale ends), but since this is during a pandemic, the store isnt as fully packed and stocked as Im used to seeing it. Despite this lack of quantity, it still didnt stop me and my parents from buying $477 dollars worth of stuff lol. Hopefully everything returns to normal soon :)

Large department store with lots of choices. I needed to get a suit for my dad and myself for a family wedding. Since everything is under one roof it was very easy to get everything in under two hours. I can talk only about the mens department, accessories and kids cloths. They have a great selection of the latest fashion at large discounts. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the line up was a little long but that is to be expected. However the pace was very fast. Its very easy to get there from the highway and there is a lot of parking. I highly recommend the store.

It’s a nice store, a little pricey. However you can get really good deals on the sale items.Try to avoid shopping during late hours. Sales people take their sweet time to ring up customers.

I love shopping here and have been for a few years now. Recently I lost my gift card about an hour after receiving it Elliot & Susan went above and beyond to help me find it, cancel the transaction to issue me a new one! They both provided exceptional customer service!! They are both an asset to this store!!

It was ok. Pretty nice prices. Didnt interact with customer service so I cant say how they were. All-in-all it was a nice shopping experience.

Stopped there so my son and his family could do some back to school shopping. Their staff was willing to assist us and the atmosphere was good, but it is a little pricey. It is also a very clean store, which is a surprise since it was late in the evening.

Employees here were not allowed to wear masks, gloves, or safety glasses and were left feeling threatened for their jobs if they tried to insist on doing so. The atmosphere at this store is oppressive. Very negative environment. They boast of having a set of core values. One has to wonder if those values are from some totalitarian government. They encourage employees to rat on eachother.This store doesnt deserve one star.

The supervisor at the dior counter Shaima, she was very rude to me. I was with my friend and anything with the red dot on the price tag, we would get 50% off but she didn’t give me 50% off. I noticed later and went back to the store. I went to the same lady and she said in a very rude voice, “you cant do this here, go to a different counter.” She was on her phone a lot and I noticed before I went to her, she was on her phone. I thought you weren’t supposed to have your phone during work but I guess not. The guy that was working at the line, he guided us and helped us return the clothes and rebuy it with the discount. I was very disappointed with the service.

This place has everything!! (besides groceries) The employees are really nice they will help you find anything you need and if it is not it store they will order it online for you. The store is huge they have 3 levels and a huge parking lot outside. They even have a lounge for you to relax in. Great place, love coming here. The prices on things is really good as well.

Always one of my favorite places to shop for me or anyone. Great selection of clothing, accessories for men, women and kids. Didnt know they sell designer prescription frames at 85% discount from retail prices. I purchased a Persol and Ray Ban frame for under $50.00 each. Unreal!

Do not order anything from online. I purchased 2 picture frames for $40 online and one of the frames came damaged and unusable. I contacted customer service several times and they have not responded. Literally a waste of money!

If you try hard enough you’ll find some great good stuff with incredible prices - I got a Italian made Paul Smith blazer for $40, less than 10% of its MSRP... also saw a Zegna suit for less than $300... that’s Men’s Warehouse polyester money... great job C21!

Offers a lot of selection for designer brands for cheap. Usually pretty busy but the sales are always good. The shoe and bag departments always have good deals and pretty good variety. Both men and women clothing departments usually offer good selection although sometimes messy. Staff is helpful.

Great prices, huge selection, and one of the cleanest and most well organized stores of this type that Ive ever been to. The lines can get extremely long if you wait until near closing time to make your purchases, but the lines actually move really fast. I thought I would be on line for an hour one time and it took 5 minutes (slight exaggeration maybe, but it gets a point across!)

Great selection and prices. You can find almost anything here. Lots of well known designer brands and also some overseas brands that offer exceptional quality. Nice comfortable lounge you can relax with soft sofas and TVs while the Mrs. shops. Not 5 stars because the lines to checkout are extremely slow and long.

This store is a great place for one stop shopping for a great price. This was my first time shopping here and it was amazing the selection was fantastic for both myself,husband and kids!!! I also a few months ago when my son was graduating high school took his suit to the tailor they have in the front of the store. He did a great job and the price was fair. The guy didnt speak much english but was able to understand what i wanted and when I needed it by, he altered his waist for his pants. It was flawless. Thanks

Went here with my friend. The selection they had was amazing. Its a very big department store so I havent been through it all but they have furniture, bedding, perfume/colone and tons of clothing for men, women and children they also have a lot of people working here so if you need help they would love to give you support along the way. I only shopped for 1 hour but that was enough to get me to buy too much

Its the place to go if you like deals and dont like going to malls. This is my go to place for buying clothes for myself and especially when looking for gifts for others. Of course, with these prices, you cant really expect great service, but its certainly worth it

Clothes selection is dated and not trendy, some brands never heard of for men/women. Watches for women great selection, starts at $19.99 and name brand.

At one time that branch featured many more designer brands. They seem to have gone the route of catering to the street wear urban customer ie.. lots of Champion, Nike, very low stock if any of the higher end products. At one time there were full racks of paul smith, varvatos, versace, etc...the clientelle mirror the inventory. They are 1 step above the green acres store, which for all intensive purposes is a better stocked marshalls/tj max. Even their selection of socks and comfort wear is weak. If you are looking for any chance of finding higher end designers at decent deals the bay ridge store and even then, the days of finding camel hair burberry coats in sizes is over. I guess their buyer is trying to capitalize on the urban wear trend at the expense of losing their core customer base. You can find better merchandise and deals at a macys, bloomongdales, or Nordstrom sale, sad day for century, I only go for personals..and even then the pickings are slim for the higher end products, you have a better chance finding puma than you do of full banded calvin klein boxers.....

Century 21 has clothes you cant find anywhere else. The line looks long, but they have many registers open, so it moves quickly.

I had the greatest experience at this location. I was frantically trying to find a dress for an engagement party. I had found a dress in this store earlier in the day but left it thinking I would find something elsewhere. I went back in the evening and was devastated thinking it was gone. The staff helped me scour the store in search of it. And they even took down my information in the event we didnt find it that night. Luckily we found it. I was so impressed by the staff there, they really went above and beyond to help.

Best outlet shopping for designer clothes and accessories that I know. Ive been to the outlets in Woodbury Commons and Riverhead. Century 21 is better. But it is hit or miss, you have to drop in now and again to see what they have.

Rude staff and with the store closing they say 10 to 30% off everything but nothing was more than 10% off. The nyc store that closed had 75 to 90% off everything.

Mind blowing selection at moderate prices. Garments, jewelry, luggage, shoes --- you name it, they have it. Friendly service.

This store offers a wide variety of designer clothing, accessories and cosmetic items at discounted prices. If you are looking for a good buy on designer clothes this store is for you. The check out lines are always long but seem to move pretty quickly on most days. You can find some of these things online at other stores when there is a sale or clearance and get items at a better price. But if you dont need to have the lowest possible price than you will save significantly at this store. The store is has handicapped parking and is handicapped accesible. Fitting rooms are many but on the small side.

Love and have a sitting area with sofas and a TV. My wife did her shopping while I would sit there either watching TV or playing with my phone. By the way, they have a phone charger machine there as well. So if your phone runs out of juice, you can charge it there and the phone is locked in a case. 👍
