I have been coming to this location to get my 4 year olds glasses. We’ve gotten 4 pairs so far and it’s always a seamless and friendly process. The last 2 visits we were assisted by Doug and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely patient when talking to my energetic four year old. He offered me great advice when selecting the newest pair of glasses and explained every step of the process to me. I will definitely be back.

Went into Target Optical to purchase glasses after a not so good experience with an online glasses purchase that resulted in a return. Had the best experience at Target Optical, Imentioned my glasses dimensions and the type I was looking for and the Salesperson started recommending glasses based on that. When I mentioned my budget he further directed me to glasses within my budget. Ordered a pair and he did an electronic eye measure with the glasses on my face and assured me we would be able to make any adjustments when the glasses arrive. Very happy with my experience.

Dr Vito Proscia, i one of the best we as a family have interacted with. He is caring towards patient across age. The testing process is well explained and even kids are at ease. Hygiene levels are superior.The new manager in this store, Marina is very helpful and courteous.

Dr. Proscia was professional yet had an exuberant energy that filled the room and made me feel welcome and safe. He walked me through everything, telling me what was happening and why it was being done, as we went. I truly appreciated this patience and candid nature. He made sure I now have the prescriptive contact lenses that I love, even in the right color, and he helped me find a beautiful pair of prescriptive sunglasses that have both my distance and reading prescriptions, all at a great price. Excellent Service by Marina.

The WORST service I’ve ever experience. These are professionals that I’m supposed to be dealing with. First they messed up with my order, stated they placed the order back in September 15, never placed the order so two weeks later when I called to check up on my order they said oh we don’t know what happened so we didn’t place the order. I pulled up my credit card statement to PROVE that I had already paid for it at which point they placed the order. Fine mistake forgiven, second they MISLABELED my contacts. Switched the right for the left and I do not have the same prescription, one eye is an astigmatism. So now they are messing with my eyesight. Disturbing how they are still open. I’ll be calling corporate on the second mistake.

This store is very unprofessional. I can’t even get a hold of anyone, not even the doctor! Customer service is horrible. They lost my glasses! They say call during business hours, and no one answers! I’m never coming here again!

Great service!!

Poor customer service. Dont believe their no hassle return policy. Marleny the sales associate started to give excuses, and I got angry with her. The store manager had to step in to cancel the order. I decided to give target optical another shot. I just went to levittown store and placed another order. It seems to me they work on commission. They will try to upsell you on warranty, and coatings. Its annoying so know the prices ahead of time and say no to everything they offer.

Warm-hearted gentleman helped me fixed my glasses. Really recommend this place.

Called the shop to ask for price quote, they said no price quote over the phone. Went into the store at 10:20am, the shop was NOT open although their hours are from 10am on. I asked target staff, they said they dont know whats going on because those are NOT target staffs.

Marina is amazing. She was helpful knowledgeable and a pleasure to be aroundI want to to break my glasses just to come back in and hang with her. She gave me great prices explained Multiple options between contacts and lenses and what would be cheapest most efficient and affordable options with comfort. Class act and they are lucky to have her. Plus she has the best scarf abs nails
