The employees Jennifer and ronny are very very rude and not respect at the customer lm 😡😡😡😡😡

If i could rate them a 0 i would. i have been going here for a year purchasing prepaid visa cards with my grandmothers debit benefit card to buy her groceries. all of a sudden, they said i can’t buy a visa gift card with a debit card. they are always harassing me about it, whether my DEBIT card is a credit card or not or if it’s even my card and etc. the spanish girl always has checked me out using my debit card and today she’s lying said she never has given me the card and the policy has always been cash. i have worked in retail before and buying a gift card with a DEBIT card has NEVER been an issue

I was followed around the store by a white employee. To check to see if he was following me I kept changing aisles and every aisle that I went into there he was acting like he was fixing a product. He was pushing a cart with smart water in it and water wasn’t in any of the aisles that I was shopping in. It was an uncomfortable experience so I ended up not buying anything. My boyfriend only purchased lotion and then we headed out. With everything that’s going on during these times in America ; I would think that everyone would know better by now. I am contacting corporate.

I miss the old staff that used to work here

This place was just like every rite aid. The place was clean nice workers amd had everything i needed. Open parking and lots of place around to have a snack. I never need any drugs from this place so if you here for medication and drugs this is not a review for that particular case.

I had a bad experience on April 15, 2020. I cane to purchase a watch, the sales people made me feel uncomfortable and treated me like I came in to shoplift. To those two sales people, I am in Law Enforcement and carry a NYS Shield, I am also a Licensed Social Worker(with a Masters Degree). I recommend that people of color do not bother to shop at this store they do not support their business!!!

Unfortunately i am not able to put zero star for the pharmacy department... it is so horrible service, my doctors wife placed an order around 2 pm, i stop by at 6 pm and still the order was not ready, they say that would be ready in an hour, so i left and i went back at 8 pm and still was not ready, unacceptable, over 8 hours and the prescription was not ready, insane, there is one big guy working there that has no manners to treat people, so unprofessional. very disappoint. never again. my wife will change the pharmacy. not recommended.

The main pharmacist is very nice but there is a lady there that is the biggest with in the planet. She is the most miserable person Ive ever encountered in my life. I dont get how she still has a job.

Not a nice experience here, the manager shouldnt b manager very incompetent. There was sale on certain items and he ripped the sign off. Very unprofessional

The pharmacist was so rude he didnt want to take my prescription paper cause the doctor is suppose to send it by internet but it wasnt going through so i had to go back to hospital have doctor call pharmacist cause he refused to speak to her on phone have doctor call him and he still was rude to her didnt want to accept prescription thru phone doctor had to get a little tough but overall even the hospital said DONT GO THERE THEY RUDE!! Why would he even say oh tell hospital to fill script they got a pharmacy!! Ride what help was he for him helping patients he was NO HELP HERE!!

Today I went to the pharmacy and the guy did not want to attend me because he alleged that he closed at 6 and I was there waiting for him to finish attending to a person from 5 and 35 because he first bought a mask by the rules on the covid -19It was 5:50 when he told me this and as much as I insisted he only closed the blinds and was inside

Very good deals and you find what you need ..
