My entire experience using Zicana was very enjoyable and professional. Diana made ordering the stone I needed for my renovation a simple process. I enjoyed meeting some of the family members, and got to enjoy some espresso during my shopping experience as well. Definitely will be returning for any future projects.This place is amazing! Your not going to find better stone fabricators on Long Island. Period. This place is the best, from the team of people that run the office all the way to the fabricators everyone was awesome to deal with and communicate with throughout the process. Not the mention the showroom reminds me of MOMA (museum of modern art) - beautiful. If your looking for quartz/stone etc. do yourself a favor and don’t even look anywhere else.

This company did a phenomenal job on repairing my granite counter top. I was all set for someone to come in and tell me that I was going to need to replace both of my counters, but they were able to repair it by piecing it back together with epoxy. Unless I point it out, you can’t even tell. It’s holding up 4 years later! Excellent job - I would highly recommend this company!

Tommy and team at Zicana were incredible to work with. At first when I was trying to get additional photos of a stone we liked from a stone company it was taking weeks and multiple phone calls. Tommy called me to check in and see if we found a stone and I told him we had been waiting on pictures. Next thing you know I had the pictures in an hour.Tommy provided guidance throughout the process. Zicana did the waterfall island/ counters and backsplash, a dining table and bathroom vanity. All of the work was exceptional. Given the code requirement for having outlets on the island we installed a pop up outlet with stone which came out great (see pictures). All in we had a great experience with Zicana and would highly recommend them.

We had used Zicana for kitchen counter installation a few years ago. They were so patient in helping us find the perfect counter top. I was back and forth a few times and always received patient and attentive service. The installation was clean and neat. They also installed a piece of granite for my fireplace. Zicana was a awful experience. I have never dealt with a company that was so incompetent. We ordered the stone before Christmas 2020. It is still not correct. Still waiting for a phone call back. May 2021. A ton of emails and phone calls to them and they just can’t get it right. You are never on the same page with them because it’s always someone different answering me. I actually gave up and will have another company come in and replace the counter top. Please do your research.

We had a long relationship with Zicana. Originally a salesperson took us around to stone places to choose countertops for our kitchen. The prices quoted were prohibitively expensive. In the end, we agreed to buy the stone on our own, and then Zicana finished it and installed. We saved $$ and the end product is stunning!

I loved dealing with Zicana! They installed granite countertops in my kitchen 5 years ago. They were friendly, easy to work with and did a phenomenal job. Five years later, I noticed a seam wasn’t level anymore due to settling of the mud floor. They came within a week and the same technician came to fix it, like new. He was quick and neat.
