When we started renting a 10x10 they had just opened and offered really good deals, but each year they have raised the price and recently raised the cost of their insurance. The storage room, building and grounds deserve 5 stars but there were communication issues regarding these price changes.

Their introductory price was really good, however I stayed longer then I intended and ended up having to pay full price. Probably would have stayed had it not been such a difference. Place is clean, and access hours are pretty convenient.

I tried to go to the Westbury place several times, during open office hours & it wasnt open. Calling the 800 # didnt help either,since you either wait for 1/2hour+ or leave a message & it takes 1-2 days for them to call you back!Once you do get into the office & see ENNIO, you are well taken care of!! He explains everything to you. He shows you the various units available & how to get in & out as easy as possible. You get to reserve your unit & then sign up a week later. I was able to get a great rate. The website leaves a few key * unanswered, as far as cost of insurance & how long the price is good for. Place is clean - could be a bit lit better inside the unit.

My experience coming to this storage facility was very nice!! Ennio Santos took care of us right away, he showed us the different size of storage units, he was very patient, answered all of our questions professionally and had a great sense of humor, which made us feel welcomed right of the bat! Securing a space was very easy with a phone call as well as fast! On arrival the personnel were very accommodating, polite, professional and efficient. The pricing was acceptable as the rental is short term. Access was easy and we had a lot of stuff. Security seems fine. Space was very clean.

Absolutely disgusting experience. Went to my unit 2 months ago & my belongings were fine. Went to move my things out & found mice feces all over the floor of my unit. Only to find it was all over my things. My mattress & couch were ruined. The insurance affiliated with the storage unit is trash. The storage unit also requires you to get rid of the disgusting things & pay to dump it. To say I am disappointed is a complete understatement. Horrible experience to say the very least. Do not recommend!

I recently purchased a storage unit here and customer service was excellent. The facilities were clean and easy to navigate. The manager Elwin, was great. He helped me and my fiance pick the right size and talked us through the whole process. I would highly recommend.

Probably the cleanest storage place I’ve ever seen. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The person helping me was named Patricia, she explained all move in charges, access times and answered all questions I had. She made my move in very easy after a very bad experience with my previous storage facility. There was a hole in the roof right above my unit that the employees, management and even the landlord refused to fix telling me they installed a clear roof, just ridiculous, and then they had increased my rent by a little more than 30% after only being there 5 months. StorQuest is the way to go. Stay away from orange colored places with the initials PS, they promise you everything but in my experience only StorQuest has delivered.

Amazing place. Great storage facility and awesome staff. We were on our way from Boston, MA to move my sisters things into a storage locker. Ennio waited a whole hour after closing for us in order to get us set up and running. We couldn’t appreciate him more. Saved our day.

I went into StorQuest with a lot of questions and I was very hesitant about having a storage unit because honestly I have never needed one in the past and I didn’t know where to begin. I have to say the attendant Juliet was so helpful and answered each and every question of mine with immense knowledge and care. I visited this location on February 13 and was pleasantly surprised. I randomly showed up in order to attempt to view the units to get a gage as to space and maintenance. I spoke with Elwin once I arrived and truly he is super professional, kind, funny, and honest. He is running a tight ship, which I greatly appreciate. The location is super clean! Great security! Free access to carts and dollies. Climate controlled. And again did I mention the cleanliness and safety/security! Plus Elwin is super patient and thorough. He took the time to show me various units in order to decide my best option, without any pressure or hassle. No hidden fees. Everything was easy and transparent. Truly a fantastic bargain. Being a first time storage renter i must say that StorQuest Self Storage is the place to come storage your belongings. The manager was very informative and helpful he answered all my questions. He helped me pick the perfect size storage for what i had to store. The buildings are very clean, and each have carts to help make your move easier. The only thing that i would say is super annoying and inconvenience on your moving day is that you need a pin to access your building to get to your unit. However the sliding door does not hold for a long time and each time the door closes you need to re-enter the pin. Which is not helpful if you have many trips to make and have a lot of people helping you. Youll either need to have a person or be the person to enter the pin for everyone or give everyone helping you move the pin to get in. Mind you the pin is not a short one either. Other than that i would recommend.

The location was very clean, well kept and well lit. The serevive was excellent as well- Trish was very attentive and explained the different options in sizes of the units and walked us through the various options. Once we agreed to the size we wanted, she patiently walked us through the loading areas and explained the hours of operation, etc. We are very happy we chose StorQuest to store our items.

This was my first time ever renting out public storage. My neighbor RAVED about StoQuest of Westbury, NY so I decided to check them out. Their website is user friendly and very easy to understand. My daughter and I went in to finalize things and we met one of the nicest & most personable person...Ennio Santos. Such a pleasure to deal with. I’m very happy with my experience at StorQuest in Westbury. The facility is very clean (only three years old) and the customer service from Elwin, Patricia and Felicia was excellent. Everything was clearly explained and the pricing and terms were very reasonable. There is considerable variety in the size and cost of units making it easier to find the one that suits your needs. Packing supplies are sold in the front office which is an additional convenience.

Well, Im only a few days in but so far Im quite happy with the service, attitude and facilities. It was a little more pricey than some others but it was convenient, I got a perfectly situated unit and the young man that helped me was great! Shout out to Elwin for tending to this grandmas needs!

Just rented a space at this location. First time there and I was impressed with its beauty, organization and cleanliness. Had a 10x5 unit that was perfect for my needs. The staff at the front desk was was very accommodating in finding us a unit that was wide enough to accommodate all my belongings. The pricing was the best amongst all the other storage units I looked at on Long Island. And it had all the amenities of any other storage unit. Would highly recommend!

I recently toured/previewed and then rented a unit at StorQuest in Westbury, NY. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were not pushy. They did not try to up-sell me. Excellent experience! My husband and I made a reservation on a Friday, to store our things the following day. I received a confirmation call shortly after submitting my request online, and when we arrived the next morning, the unit was ready. Customer service was excellent, and the agent who helped up was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are extremely clean and well-cared for. Very easy access, as you can drive up to the elevator to unload your belongings (much appreciated on a snowy day!); they have carts available as well. I am very happy with this facility!

I searched high and low in Nassau/Queens for a safe, clean storage facility with reasonable rates. StorQuest was the only place that exceeded every expectation. The staff is patient, knowledge and very easy to work with every step of the way. Vanessa took me to visit numerous units (they have a huge variety of sizes) until I found the exact one meeting my needs and never made me feel rushed. Felicia explained everything in precise detail when signing my paperwork and even helped resolve a minor pricing issue. Access is easy & the extras, like covered, indoor unloading and free moving carts, come in handy when moving in or out. Im very confident knowing my stuff is safely locked away and secure.
