This location is closing (or may already be?) unfortunately. Get in there while you can for the deals! The staff was always very friendly and and they had a decent selection of bathroom, kitchen supplies and health and beauty.

I was just here and I was shopping for a comforter for my new bed. It was twice the price that I was expecting to pay, but there was a large section to choose from. There was plenty of help, but the person assisting me seemed more interested in completing a task. Retail can be difficult at times, but every consumer needs to be respected for choosing to shop in your store. Shop with an open mind of how you will be assisted at this location.

Since I work at LAX, it’s either a stop and shop before or quick stop after. I’ve been coming here for years and the Customer Service is Exceptional! They recognize me Whether I’m in uniform or not. I’m so thrilled to be able to shop IN Store again, since COVID19 closed its doors.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick and efficient, you never have to wait too long in line. Great stop on the way to the airport to pick up your travel sizes or that last minute hostess gift to take to your friend. Good selection of items and if they dont have it, they wont hesitate to assist you in locating it. Easy access and plenty of parking. Perfect spot to wait for friends arriving at the airport, that is if they arrive between business hours!

Bed Bath and Beyond has become a household name brand store for getting quality odds and end for the house.I think most people know what they sell here and why people come but its a great place if you are looking for blankets, sheets, pillows, Kitchen appliances like blenders, bread makers, coffee makers etc. A lot of really great kitchen utensils that you dont see too many places like garlic smashers, cheese cutters, bamboo cutting boards, knives, mixers, rolling pins etc.Great selection of wines and at some locations they have wine tastings.They have a great selection of many other things.MOST PEOPLE get the coupons sent to their homes for 25 percent off. I guess now you can join a club and get discounts all the time.Most people have like a STACK of these coupons in their home on their refrigerator. Brilliant Marketing.This is the type of place you come in for one thing and leave with a cart full of items.This location is pretty great and convenient. there are three in the larger area. the one that is on Olympic has a large parking structure.

Today Aug 21st 3-4 pm Westchester 90045 store. Staff neglect shopping carts.Zero carts inside & outside clean or dirty.A 70 yr man told desk,no carts outside. He was told to look in far inside rack by Shampoos.He went, no carts in inside rack. Told staff who said, Go look for cart out around in lot. What?Staff got 2 carts from lot, cleaned only one & a lady just entering grabbed it while talking loudly on her cell.Your employee chose to turn, walk away from other dirty cart and waiting man.Three strikes!He was called back by the man. Finally staff washed second cart for him. No more carts left for next customers. Wont be back!

I just love shopping here. The smell alone is so inviting. Here I was waddling around this place at 7 months pregnant when an employee approached me asking if I needed help. Normally that question is sort of a bother but I actually needed help this time. I was in search of a second set of curtains for my sons new larger room. The original set was bought 5 years ago so they dont sell them in-store anymore. She knew exactly the product I wanted and was nice enough to look it up and order them online. She even waived the shipping fee! I really felt she went above and beyond what others would do in order to make me happy. Even though I no longer live near this store, Ill gladly schlep myself back to this location because the customer service was so extraordinary. We dont get that everywhere.

Stopped by this bed bath and beyond location on my way to lunch, and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of items. They have an entire second story which is cart accessible by escalator and plenty to look at. Everything was arranged really well and they had a clearance section by the escalators on the first floor which had quite a few interesting items.

Revised from 2 🌟 to 4🌟. Long story short, staff screwed up. Ordered the wrong product causing 1 week delay and 3 trips to BBnB. They had no concern about their error.1 week later, I unexpectedly received a call from the store manager about the poor review/survey I left about the store.I revised to 4 stars because she asked for details so that she can address the training issue. That said to me that shes going to put in effort to make it better in the future. THAT makes the store a 4-star store, IMO. Mistakes happen but pro-active management can make it better in the future. I can support a manager/retail location that operates that way.All in all, she earned more business from me with her management style. Thank you, Joanna!

Great one department store and home goods type of places. I like this location because it doesnt get crowded. They are always stacked up with good inventory for hair and body products.Nice Variety of kitchenware and home electronics.I love the shower and bedding selection upstairs. A lot of unique pieces for a great price. Lights and smart bulbs that are cool giftsIf you are traveling they also have a variety of travel size products that are very handy as trial size or carry on to the gym.They have a clearance section that you could at times find some cool gadgets for a friction that can be useful.

The staff members are constanly trying to help with the location of various products. The member actually looked up the Air Fryer brand which was being selected. They have improved the front floor presentation.

Love the BB&B location. They carry soaps, shampoos, lotions, and other personal care items. I frequent this location. My last visit left a bad taste in my mouth due to the rudeness and poor attitude of the female employee at the checkout. I was disappointed and disheartened by this employees customer service. On my next visit I will wait for another available checker and make sure to get the rude employees name so she can be reported.

If you decided to shop here, theres a parking lot behind it. Its free. So dont need to worry about parking 😉

Bed Bath and Beyond has everything, some things you need many you dont but they have it all. I enjoy visiting and exploring the clearance sections, often they have junk but every once in a while you can get something useful or needed, I was able to add two more dish sets and now have two spares.

Two floors, tons of stuff. They have bridal registry available. No carts to be taken on the escalators, but there is an elevator should you have one. Customer service is super friendly. Oh and they have the Dr. Scholls custom insole gel weigher, as to help you find your type. (Thats cool)

The gimmick of the 20% off means everything is overpriced. A lot of tacky items youd be better off getting elsewhere for a better price. Went in to purchase a L shaped shower curtain rod that they showed they carried on their website only to be told they only ever had that in stock once by mistake several months ago. Seems logical that one would just use Amazon for such purchases. Felt like a bunch of as seen on TV junk.

I like what they have accomplished. They are now competing with the pharmacies by selling toiletries, toothpate,haircolor etc. Sometimes cheaper than the pharmacies. The Bed Bath and Beyond that I went to had two floors of merchandise, it was bigger than the ones that I usually shop at. Overall I was impressed with the change.

I surprised myself and bought the one item I went there for but boy was I tempted! So many household items to choose from. Great place to shop and ample parking

BBBs Pack & Hold is the best thing going for college students. We chose our items at the Westchester/Loa Angeles store and 95% of my items were packed and waiting for us at a BBB in Ohio. Love this program. Thank you BBB for making it easy for my son to get ready for college.
