The service here is wonderful. I had a difficult issue with a shower head that kept turning green. Bruce followed up, fixed the issue, was friendly and helpful. All the dealings I have had with Bruce and the staff at Ardente have been positive, and warm. And yes, the showroom is gorgeous. It is hard not to buy a new faucet, or something, every time I walk in!!

I had two bathroom remodels in early 2020. I cannot say enough about the service by Bruce and Kathleen at Ardentes in Westerly. The show room is packed with high end, beautiful merchandise, and I saved quite a bit of money by working with Bruce and using Ardentes for my beautiful fixtures and vanity. True professional service, A-1!!!! Highly recommend working with these people!

They advertised that there open on Saturdays at 830am but yet nobody showed up we sat there like Dodos.

He has guided me through all my plumbing issues involved with the design/installation/troubleshooting of all the HVAC equipment he has sold me.
