He was great at showing me the new features of various types of beds and helping me find the right one. It was a very efficient shopping experience, with no pressure at all. I was in need of a new mattress and the employee there named Bob was super helpful and informative. Thankfully with his help I ended getting a good combo deal of both the mattress, the mattress base, and cover and also the pillows. It was amazing!But yeah, Bob was very kind and patient. I stopped in to buy a new pillow and the salesman was great, I found what I wanted in stock and all was good, until... The amount of info and paperwork involved to actually get out of the store I considered excessive. There was even a joke made about a competition with CVS for most paper.

My husband and I purchased a queen size mattress here when they still carried tempur pedic and decided to return when it was time to upgrade to a King size mattress. We had a very specific budget, and Bob took the time to find us the mattress we wanted in the outlet for less than we expected to spend.Unfortunately, the wrong mattress was delivered, but Bob personally handled the situation. He followed up with us and saw to it that we received a replacement mattress with no additional cost to us.I would highly recommend this Mattress Firm location!

AJ the manager was amazing! I had ordered a adjustable frame months ago that I need for upcoming surgery from Raymour and Flanigan and yesterday they were supposed to deliver it, I called to find out the delivery update and suddenly they revealed, the day of delivery, that the motor was broken. I called Mattress Firm and within 10 minutes she had my same exact new frame for me and a mattress and they are delivering it tomorrow! Amazing

We were happy with our choices and Kyle was very helpful. Unfortunately, there was not enough coverage in the store as Kyle was the only one there. He had to stop/start working with us and run back and forth with other people. Bottom line, we got the job done and purchased 2 mattresses. Looking forward to having them delivered.

Quickest, most effective, and absolutely delightful experience with MattressFirm (in Wesrerly) and with my sales rep Anthony. I was desperate as I had ordered mattresses from another online vendor but UPS had been sitting on them for weeks and we’d been relegated to sleeping on the floor. Having just moved to RI, I didn’t yet have a car so couldn’t come in and do a full consultation, but Anthony was able to help me based on my preferences, my strategy (guest rooms vs resident rooms), my budget, and most importantly my timeframe. We talked at 3pm on Friday and my Purple mattresses arrived at 9am on Sunday. A++

Westerly Rhode Island sold us a few thousand dollar bed and guaranteed delivery. Now its been several weeks and now they are saying the bed is still on delay. We have asked for our cash back which now is being a painful process also. Worst experience Ive ever had to deal with over a purchase of anything.

He helped us get a great bed that works for my soft and cozy side and my husbands need for firmness. Horrible Dont let them do an inquiry on anything to do with any of the payment plans. I wanted to have an estimate on how much I would be approved for IF I decided to buy a mattress. They took my info, gave me my answer. Went home and found out a couple days later that the man OPENED A CREDIT LINE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. The man said NOTHING about opening one for me, and I DID NOT GIVE HIM PERMISSION. I had to cancel the account through Synchrony and it dropped my credit score 70 points (completely negated all of my recent efforts to get it up that high in the first place). Never go here unless all you want to do is jump on the beds.

We werent too happy with our last mattress purchase at Cardis in Westerly, so we decided to try the Mattress Firm store instead. The minute we walked in we were treated to top-notch service. The store manager, Raul Fernandes, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and not pushy at all. He listened to our needs and concerns, which showed us that he really cared. He was very patient and understanding and helped us pick a super comfortable mattress within our price range.
