Had two separate services appointments with them for work that could not be done at my normal mechanic. They had my car for multiple days had little to no communication despite me calling several times. One time they said they looked at my car but did not fix the problem that the next mechanic I took it too was able to fix, they did not charge me for it but still wasted my time.
The sale person, Mike, Sales Mgr Tim and finance Beau were all top notch. Great place to buy/shop for a Subaru and be treated with respect. They make you feel at home and comfortable. I was introduced personally to the service manager as well. It was more like being part of the family. Thank you!These folks really care.

Free oil changes because we purchased a vehicle with them. We had an appointment and waited an hour and found they still had not done the oil change but they had done the inspection of the vehicle. We declined the work they suggested and waited while they did the oil change. An hour and a half wait in their busy waiting area for an oil change, much to long especially during this time of Covid-19.
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Subaru Legacy from Carlos at Valenti and I couldn’t be happier with the car or the whole buying experience ! All of my questions and concerns, no matter how big or small were answered and I even received follow up texts and calls when I had questions a few weeks later. Bought a used Outback that ended up having a head gasket leak. But I’m rating badly today because we went for the free oil change and after they couldn’t start it. They finally got it started and said there was a loose connection. Asked mechanic to show me in case it ever happened again, and it was a large connection under the air box. There was antifreeze everywhere so I was curious to take another look. When I got home, I looked again, and the grill is loose as there are connectors missing, the air box intake is loose and missing connectors, the washer fluid container is loose and missing connectors, the air box doesn’t have its bolts in it and is sitting weirdly aligned. Why? Who did what to my engine bay for a simple oil change???
