Craig did a fantastic job adding step ups to our 2020 Toyota Tundra truck. He answered all my questions and did a superior job on installation. I recommend Auto Audio and Craig to everyone who wants to customize their vehicle.

Craig at Auto Audio installed a radio in my Wrangler recently. He helped me figure out the best radio for me. He showed me a bunch of examples and let me know what was available and how long I would have to wait if I wanted something else. He called me within a week letting me know that all of the parts were in, and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. He did a fantastic job on the install. Super clean, and a great looking radio. He even took time to sit with me and show me how everything worked, and answered any questions I had. Ill gladly come back here for any of my other audio needs.

The people who helped me out were amazing, got everything done that needed to be done. Definitely worth going to. Had a very pleasant experience with some very humble people. My sound system is amazing.

Well where do I start? I was the original installer when we opened up this location. I had the pleasure of working with and for Craig about 3 1/2 years ( i was there for a total of about 5) I left a great person to work for which i had became a good friend at the same time. Craig is honest and always goes out of his way to provide fair pricing with excellent customer service!. I still to this day refer anyone looking in that area to him with absolutely no fear of how they will be treated.

Rubicon Rocks....NOW, !Excellent audio installation on my ‘16 Rubicon. Craig suggested an Alpine head unit and Sub, which complemented the speakers previously installed by the prior owner.Installation was clean and the system sounds excellent. While he was installing the stereo, I asked him to install a backup camera- works perfectly!I believe the work was priced very competitively and felt comfortable there were no unnecessary “up-sell” components to this install.Highly recommend Craig and his installers to my friends and family !JD

I had an after market backup camera and dash cam installed about a year ago. He did a great job. Now I’m hoping he can tell me why it stopped working.

I just had Craig install an entire stereo system in my Jeep...anyone that owns a Jeep knows this is of the HIGHEST importance for a Jeep owner. He did an AMAZING job. I am SOO incredibly thrilled. This is my 5th Jeep...5th stereo installation. I WISH I had found Craig/ Auto Audio years ago! I am super picky about my Jeeps stereo system.....has to be loud enough with the top down...needs a sub....and high quality speakers all the way around. The system that Craig put together for me was almost identical to a place in Warwick that I received a quote from only Craig’s price was literally $1500 cheaper. He also was NOT pushy. He added in what he thought was a good start and said I could add as I went along so as to not oversell me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Absolutely clueless. sneaky and they do not care about customers only making the money. PLENTY OF HIDDEN FEES!!... they cut corners and do illegitamate things. READ YOUR RECEIPT as theres a HUGE restocking fee and no cash refunded only store credit. Shabby installation with gaps around unit and used parts (connectors/cables). i would definitely not do business with them EVER AGAIN.

I had a subwoofer and amp unit of my own that was given to me, and I had them installed here. As soon as I drove away, I turned up my music and bass and could barely hear a difference. I tried troubleshooting myself, and noticed they were installed face-down. I dont know a lot about car audio, but Im pretty sure they should be installed upright, so I repositioned them properly. This still did not make a difference in quality.I returned with my complaint, and the problem seemed to be fixed after they checked it out. However, they were now a bit too loud, even with my stereo bass setting on -6, the lowest setting.A few days after that, the subwoofers began to have a loud, constant feedback sound coming from them. Sometimes it was so loud that I had to turn off my stereo because it hurt my ears. Now, weeks later, my subs no longer work.I finally went to Best Buy to get a second opinion, and I was told they were now blown. The amp I had was not powerful enough for my JBL subs, and now they are ruined. The associate said the amp could have easily overheated the subwoofers, and Im thankful no damage was done to my vehicle. It would have been nice to know I needed better equipment (before they were installed), so I could have just purchased a new amp. Now, I have to replace the whole system.Needless to say, I will not be returning to Auto Audio in Westerly, when I can go to Best Buy and get professional customer service from someone who can give good advice and quality service the FIRST time.
