What a pleasant experience I had at the store, not only do they know what they’re doing, but are polite and friendly to talk with while waiting to order our iPhone 13’s!Syed thank you for all your help! Can’t wait for our iPhones to come in and we will be back for your help if needed!! Also I would definitely recommend T-Mobile to anyone who loves never loosing service & fast 5G !✌🏼

Wait time was ridiculous customers that came in after us left after being inside for over 24 minutes I came here previously to have the exact same thing happen and got tired of waiting so I left. Getting a SIM card and adding a phone to the family plan doesn’t take over 30 minutes my mother had made an appointment for today for 11 we got here early and are still here it is now 11:20 we’ve been waiting for the workers to be done with two other customers and even though an appointment was made I’m sure the workers are very nice but half the people that have walked in thus far have got sick of waiting and left. Overall would recommend going somewhere else with more employees to actually offer help instead of waiting over an hour to do simple things. That’s all have a good day hope others have other luck with what they are trying to do

Made an appointment so that I could have a quick interaction with a T-Mobile employee but as always have to wait an hour to have any assistance if I don’t leave before then. They barely know what they are talking about and most of the time have to call another employee just to be told to try the iPad that’s been sitting next to them the whole time they’ve been sitting with their customer. Really don’t recommend this location and would reconsider even using the T-Mobile service just because of the lack of interaction I’ve had with the customer service here.

I literally can’t say enough positive things about my experiences in this location, wholly driven by the extraordinarily superior customer service I received each and every time by both Ray and Josiah. Both of these guys are friendly, take their jobs seriously, and are exceptionally knowledgeable in their work. They work together in such an amazing way that you leave feeling not only cared for, but happy for such a positive experience. They literally made upgrading fun!I have to call out both these guys for remembering me and what I was looking for, but also going way above and beyond in assisting me through the setup process and for following up the next day to assure everything was in order. They worked magic over the New Years holiday to get me the device I wanted in one day. Amazing.If you’re going to T-Mobile, go here. You won’t regret it. Thank you Ray. Thank you Josiah. You made my holiday.

Had a really amazing experience yesterday at this location! I was assisted by Ryan when I went in to purchase a phone. The transaction was seamless and he was able to answer my questions with ease! Along with Ryan, Ray was there to chime in and assist in the purchasing process. Really amazing guys and VERY helpful. I would recommend visiting the location with these folks are working to get excellent customer experience!

Had to get a new phone for my sister as I was visiting the area. It was almost closing time, so I called them and they waited for me to arrive, which shows amazing customer service. The manager of the store made sure I was not hurried and the employee told me about different plans and services they provide in detail. I believe the store is new in the area, however, they exceeded my expectations. Will highly recommend others to go.
