I come here once a year for the warehouse sale. In previous years before Covid the items are on shelves and its extremely busy. Its like Christmas shopping and everyone is frantic to get the sale. Its hysterical. When I arrived no handicap accessible. The guy brought us through another way so we could get to the sale. Very much appreciated.This year was a little difficult due to Covid. Everything was in large brown boxes and everything was tightly put in this box. I could just pick through the top. Didnt have enough arm strength to go through the whole bin and some boxes the sizes varied. So the amount of clothing you had to go to just get your size. Should have bought 2 tickets. One in the beginning and one at the end. Then I could see whats in the rest of the bin lol.Some clothing runs small. Im a size 4… and usually always wear a sm or xs but in Ivory Ella had a difficult time putting on sm pants. Needed M.Also the holiday long sleeve bin was 10 dollars but was charged 15 at checkout. Sent email about it and I was told no 15 not 10. Should have taken a picture but I let it slide. Its for a good cause.I come every year and spend lots of money because the prices cant be beat but Left disappointed because all I wanted was the pumpkin pie elephant shirt and All I could find was xs and didnt have enough strength due to disabilities to keep digging because who knows if their were more sizes. Cant wait till it goes back to normal but a redo every year.
I was once a employees there and I recently heard there so much work place drama from the productions/prepping side i know a family whose being affected by this cuz there many workers who start rumors and now this family son having to deal with employees who ask like children who wont admit their wrongs and supervisors who are not handling the situation correctly and think everything can be worked out peacefully when no one is going to speak up. I can say that work place drama is always been a thing in the warehouse in the production/prepping side but never been this bad fortunately i never worked on that side.
2nd year shopping the Ivory Ella Warehouse sale and it was a hit again this year. Its very well run, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Its very warm and they dont say a word about it, they just keep smiling as people dig through the boxes they continue to fill. Product is not 2nd hard or irregulars, so many to choose from, just very well run for a Warehouse sale, so worth the hour trip!! Husband and kids waited in car and watched planes overhead as well, which was hit for them..
Its a warehouse, not stuffy or hot but full of overstock.
Overwhelming n hot. Great deals but went towards the end so lots of sizes n items gone. Will go again next year

Ordered 2 hoodies 20 days ago. Still nothing received! Emailed them. One item was out of stock. When were you going to tell me!? Took my $ but no communication. They are already sending me junk mail...I still havent received my order. Save a stamp...for an elephant and take me off all your mailings! Awful customer service! Grrr...Fast forward a few days later 2nd hoodie out of stock. Awful service and communication. My kids love the brand...otherwise I would shop elsewhere.

If they get your order wrong, which happens frequently, they won’t own it. I ordered three times. The first time, they sent the wrong shirt. The second time, the shirt was too small because the XS was drastically different than another order’s XS that we placed. Now it is Christmas, and I ordered two shirts for my daughter. They sent one shirt with a tracking number, but they claim they sent two. They keep telling me that I need to contact the post office. Well, they never sent the second shirt, so there is no tracking number for it. There is no phone number, and through email, I get the run-around. Daughter loves them, but unfortunately, I spent $50 and have no product. I am done with them. Get a phone number so customers can talk to you about issues. Very unprofessional business. I would avoid them.
