Id like to comment on the last reviewer. The young man name Ricky is actually a hard worker. Yes, he could use some improvements but kid can move a line. Seems to me said person was not patient at all. The kid is actually nice, friendly, and has a good sense of humor.To Ricky, Just keep up the good work and improve what you are already doing.

The only time Ive had an issue at this 7 Eleven location was due to a vendor error. Other than that, the employees- especially Ricky and Sara, have been cheerful and helpful. The store is always well-stocked, and as clean as possible given the weather in New England.

When I go to 7 eleven I’m always greeted by Sara . She s always kind and always has a smile.. great attitude and willingness to help. By far my favorite place to get gas and smokes😁

Garbage they don’t even sell guns

Was very dissapointed bycustomer service from ricky specifically. Was very rude to several customers in front of me and to me as well. Retraining may be needed or if he cant handle a rush maybe he should reconsider a position in customer service.

7-Eleven has reopened, better than ever. New pumps, new tanks, more hot foods, always fresh hot coffee. The owner has calmed down considerably over the years and has a great crew.

Although my overall experience wasnt great. i:e I saw the boss yell at his employee, I will go back to this location just because of the service I received from Sara. she is clearly dedicated to her job as well as her customers. she was very helpful, kind, pleasant and just made me want to come back to the store. 7 11 did something right when they hired her!

Im a truck driver and went there tonight and found out that Ronnie who was the most helpful person every time I stopped there is no longer working there. Im very upset cause he was the most helpful person and very polite. Just to let you know you lost a customer for without that kid being there at night I will have no reason to stop there again. There are plenty of other places to go to. You lost a very good employee.

Went here to grab slurpees because it was extremely hot outside. As Im making 4 drinks for the family I noticed from the corner of my eye the owner or manager was staring and watching me the whole time as if I were doing something suspicious. Made me feel uncomfortable. Almost left the drinks there but since it was so hot I decided too just grab them and pay over 6 bucks for two kid size 3 kid size slurpees and one adult. Never going back. I can see now why they have a 2.4 ratings on Google.

They sell bad gas. Mechanic gave a sample of the gas, that looked like it was half oil. $800 in repairs and rental cost for $10 of gas. Never going back.It has been almost a month, no one from the store has called me back on the incident. I called corporate office to submit a claim, their process is painfully slow.

Went specifically for iced coffee but the iced coffee machine was broken on an early Monday morning. The regular coffee was fine but was still an inconvenience.

No bathroom available only a nasty and disgusting outhouse behind building that has not been cleaned in days. Avoid this establishment.
