My new hearing aids are great, but there is a period of adjustment. Collin has gone the extra mile to help me out. Virginia and Madison are always upbeat and helpful, too. The customer service is outstanding. I wouldn’t want to get my hearing aids anywhere else but Beltone.

I most likely would not have purchased such an expensive pair of hearing aids if it were not for Collin, the audiologist. Not only did he take the time on my initial visit to explain my hearing loss but stayed in touch regularly during the first month of wearing my hearings aids. He explained that it would take some time to adjust to using them and made necessary corrections along the way. Putting the aids in each day is one of the first things I do so I can enjoy the sounds that Ive been missing so long. Thanks a bunch!

I’ve been using Beltone hearing aid for 5 years which has made a huge impact on my life..The 2 offices I use are managed by the same Audiologist. In the 5 years of use Beltone 3 audiologist have rotated the Narragansett and Westerly offices.My present Audiologist Alyssa Allen deserves special credit for hooking my hearing aid via Bluetooth to my mobile device making phone usage clear and pleasant.The professionalism and competence that this Audiologist and her staff exhibited should the standard that any business should aspire to.With appreciation, Mark Hutchinson
