Excellent customer service!Even if a sales associate is working with a customer, he will pause momentarily, and tell you that he (or someone else) will be with you shortly. The sales associate will look at your past history to verify the color that you have requested is stock or has had nuances of adjustment made to the recipe when the paint (or stain) was originally mixed. Sales associates also provide the customer with any discounts or promotions that are currently underway, giving you the best bang for the buck.

I go here all the time! Most everyone is very educated in their art...and trust me, it takes more than the computer programs to match colors. They always offer to carry the paint out for me. Also, complimentary coffee & tea!

I can only speak to my visit at the Westerly, RI store. Both TJ and his colleague were very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. Hadnt been to a Sherwin Williams store in 15 yrs., but plan to return to the Westerly store within the next two weeks.
