The worst service ever. They frequently do not deliver and when they dont you have to suffer endless wait times for customer service on the phone. If you dont call they will not catch up on their failed delivery. Im currently waiting for some agent to bother to answer my call with my wait time at 1 hour 4 minutes (and counting). They also removed their delivery history from their website, which effectively hides their failures. This company is a dismal, epic, failure.
Dont bother. Got one delivery then nothing. Customer service will lie to you IF you can get them on the phone. The app and website are worthless. Still have.not been able to cancel my account. I heard you need to tell them you are signing up for new service just to get through. Will try that next after three weeks of leaving them messages.
If you are planning to call their customer service number for EXISTING customers, the wait time is more than 1hour. Nobody answered so I just gave up.BUT for NEW customers, they will answer in lessthan 5mins.Once they get your business, you’re nothing to them!!! The agent on the set-up-new-delivery-service just transferred me to the customer service number automatically, even without hearing me out, after i mentioned i need help as an existing customer. Very unprofessional!!!
Dont waste your time or money... Hinckley Springs is the absolute WORST company Ive ever had to deal with!!! They are totally unreliable. They dont deliver when they say they will, and when you call them to speak to someone youre on hold, literally, for over 30 minutes to get an answer. Theyll have one excuse after another. Never their fault. The customer service staff can barely speak English and there is NEVER EVER a manager (or someone who knows anything) to speak with! Im absolutely shocked that a company of their standing could care less about their customers. Seriously, dont waste your time... Wish I didnt have to even give them one star!
Horrible service. Called to make a change on the first order, and have been on hold for 25 minutes. If I was a new customer, I would get an immediate answer. Cannot make changes online.
Always late or dont show up at all.
Absolutely the worst. Dont even consider doing business with these clowns. Water is never delivered on time and usually not delivered at all.
The worst company ever, it is a shame we cant leave without star..... I did order via Costco took me nearly 5 weeks to get the water and the machine, them same story they come and they dont come is a bit of lottery. Then you call and you double order... this time they top off 6 weeks without been delivery many phone call all the people answering the phone very nice..... but you can talk to the wall is the same thing because nothing happen... the manager was going to call me... guess what nobody call me..... then tonight I say thanks you charging me for the rental of the machine but dont have water to use told her that I want to cancel and she say let me transfer you and I waited 20mins and I hang up.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.........
