Our technician, Rob was very professional and worked efficiently to install the system. He was very thorough with explaining the features of the system and helped set up the app very patiently. Rob also made sure to address and answer all questions and concerns I had with regards to the video doorbell feature. I was very happy with the service today and am eager to explore and take advantage of all the new features of the new Vector Security system.

Scott Quick is the technician that came out to my business to correct some issues we were having with our security system. We have been having ongoing issues with our system for quite some time now and other technicians have been out, but none of them have been able to get these issues corrected. Not only did Scott get all of our issues corrected, but he was one of the nicest, most professional technicians that we have ever had come out to our business from any company. I am forced to deal with Vector Security due to the condominium complex in which I own my home. Absolutely every time I have to call them to put my system on test so that I can change a smoke detector battery, I end up being on hold for 15-35 minutes prior to getting helped. Tonight, my system would not reset after I replaced the battery so I have been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes currently. This is an absolutely ridiculous process to change a battery. Considering that I have 7 of these smoke detectors in my home, I am highly irritated. One time they sent the fire department anyway. Ugh!
