I was looking for a small business for my new carpeting and found Six Floors Down. After stopping by the showroom (set in a small house!), I knew I had found the right place. Mike was a big help, and the installers were professional and did an excellent job. I am extremely satisfied with the new carpeting and very happy I found this store! I highly recommend!!

I hired Six floors down to do the flooring in 2 offices and our conference room. Chris was great and the installers arrived on time and did a great job! They cleaned up all the trash when they were done and everything looks great. I wont hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

We had two rooms, stairs, and a hallway carpeted. We are very pleased with everything - the help selecting the carpet, the installation, and the final look. I would definitely use them again.

I had my office flooring put in by Steve and his crew from Six Floors Down back in January, and they did such a great job, and the flooring was affordable. He was very responsive and timely, and I was so happy with the result that I ordered my residential flooring from him as well! He has lots of options and selections, go check out their samples!

I love working with six floors down! We are in the process of redoing our kitchen/house and I was very careful with all my material selections. We did end up getting three quotes from various vendors, and 6 floors down was right in line with all of them and even a little cheaper because he asked the right questions so we got a very accurate quote. We went with them because Steve and his team have the small business feel with the big vendor partnerships. I would definitely recommend Six Floors Down if your considering having carpet installed. They are very professional, responded to my emails promptly, and did an awesome carpet install. We love our new carpet and will use them again for future rooms. We have three bedrooms to carpet and will definitely have Six Floors Down do the job.

We have a mix of flooring repairs and flooring replacement issues for products purchased elsewhere. The owner came out himself to do the consult and estimating. Service was provided right away on a long standing issue we had with a carpet reinstallation (not purchased from Six Floors Down). Customer service, the service person, professionalism, and responsiveness were all stellar. I highly recommend Six Floors Down, with no hesitation.

Steve and his team are great. We have worked with them on some projects where they needed some work done around the flooring project. Great communication, friendly staff, and awesome work.

I felt communication was easy despite the fact there wasnt always someone available in the office. I thought my sales rep was knowledgeable and gave good, solid feedback about the quality and selection of carpet I had to choose from. I thought the efficiency and ease of installation was excellent. Would recommend Six Floors to others!

The work / quality was great - the reason for the 2-star rating was due to the payment demands after the work was finished. We received a phone call regarding payment 4 business days after work complete (let know we already sent a check); then another more aggressive call the next day, then an email threatening to send to collections the next day. Thats right, we were threatened to be sent to collections 6 business days after the project completion (and we had already paid a deposit before start of work).
