Hopefully you don’t run into Sarai. I asked her if she could give the price on two items that weren’t label and she said she could tell me one. She goes on to say “it would be an inconvenience for me so I can’t do both.’ Sorry to bother you Sarai at your place of work. I didn’t realizing wanting to know the price of an item is an inconvenience for your cashiers.
Rhonda was extremely helpful and patient. Great customer service this evening!
Horrible. Had a simple question about COVID testing at their location. Waited on hold for 30 minutes (bad on me). Occasionally, a human would pick up, quickly say “Walgreens, please hold”, then quickly put me back on hold without giving me a chance to talk. I’ll take my business to CVS.
There are so many nice women who work at this store. I hope they get their own stores someday because they know how to treat people well. Friendly, precessional and knowledgeable.
I went into this location in a huge hurry needing some specific makeup items and Christina in the cosmetics department was so wonderful. She was super sweet and helped me find the things I needed quickly and checked me out quickly too. She was perfect 🤍
The staff always greets upon entering the store. The store is well organized and clean. Staff members as they pass by ask if you need help. Ample parking, on site pharmacy, and drive up service offered.
Prior to tonight I had always had very pleasant experiences at this location. My 1 year old son has what is most likely a bad (first) cold and I sent my husband to get some Pedialyte. His symptoms have worsened and he is quite miserable but nothing that warrants calling the after hours line at his Pediatrician office. Since this is our first child and we really don’t know what we are doing, I suggested he speak to a pharmacist while he was there to see if there is anything else he could get to help make our son more comfortable overnight. He overheard the pharmacist refusing to come talk to him and acting put off that she was being asked to do so. He was told to call his pediatrician. (That isn’t open!) I have never experienced this at a pharmacy ever. It’s also very unprofessional and rude to have conversations loud enough for a customer to overhear you. Especially when you are being asked to do what seems like should be your job.
The employee Ebony is literally one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. If you have the opportunity to meet her, you’ll be a better person for it.
Employee was incredibly rude and disrespectful, didn’t think of others feelings
Extremely rude cashier worker (wish I knew her name so she could be fired) who doesn’t consider how things she says can affect people.
I can’t speak for the actual store per se, but while I was there with my wife; the cashier made a comment to wife, “is that your man over there?” Which my wife answered yes to and she responded with “damn, gurl. Go on with yourself...” So considering the cashier thought I was hot and gave my wife prorps, I’ll give this place a definite high review and return if I ever need some bandaids or box wine.
Was having trouble with a prescription but Brianna was a huge help and showed true compassion & efficiency! Thank you Brianna!!!
Worst. Pharmacy. Experience. EVER. They cant ever seem to get my regular prescription filled in a timely manner.Employees do not appear to have been properly trained how to interact with customers. I have no intention of returning.
Can I give 1/2 a star? I have waited over 1/2 and hour on hold trying to talk to a Pharmacist, or anyone really, and I have yet to talk to anyone.
Some very rude employees.
Dirty, and they have roaches
